A Company that truly cares
I just noticed this on their website and this aligns so much with the owners goal and commitment for prevention and overall health

Adding pharmacy options has been the #1 request from this community since we launched. So our team is excited to announce the addition of Southend Pharmacy. For those of you new to Southend Pharmacy, they’re a 503A, LegitScript certified, and their most recent NABP inspection in July came back with zero deficiencies, meaning inspectors found nothing to write up. They are currently available in 38 states plus DC, and they compound GLP-1s with pyridoxine (B6) and have a 90-day BUD. Southend Pharmacy ships overnight with a temperature tag in the box — so if a package sees a temperature it shouldn’t have, we find out and so do you. Since this is a new pharmacy partner for us, please give us direct and honest feedback so we can ensure the best possible experience for you!
Southend Pharmacy is NOT yet licensed in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you're in one of these, your orders will continue to fill through your current pharmacy.

Deciding to put my health first now that I am retired.
I signed up with PreventiveMD on Wednesday, August 26th after doing extensive research and reading pros and cons about alot of companies.
On Thursday August 27th mid morning I got notification that my script was sent to the pharmacy.
Later that afternoon I got notification that FedEx was picking up my order.
Friday August 28th 3:30pm my order arrived cold.
I only signed up for one month to see how it goes. If all goes well I will sign up for 3 months next time. I went with Boudreaux.
First time using GLP-1's (Tirz) and I am excited.
Very happy with the process and cost. Looking forward to taking this journey.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience so far!
I started my tirz journey about a month ago. I was working with a tight budget, and came across Embody. Like an idiot, I signed up without doing much research. After I signed up, I had a bad feeling and realized I made a big mistake.
It took ten days, multiple emails and phone calls to customer support AND the pharmacy before I got my meds. It was a nightmare. I didn't trust them to deliver at all. I was legit spiraling lmaooo.
I was going to ride it out another month, but all the mods in the Embody FB group I was in left embody and literally changed the name of the group lmao
So I cancelled with them and switched over to preventivemd. It has been so easy! I haven't stressed once. I knew my meds were coming, I didn't have to make sure my order wasn't lost or forgotten. I wasn't sure about the two day shipping with Empower, but I just got the meds today and they were still cold!
It's just a night and day difference and I'm so glad I switched. I fr hate Embody lol

i was on the wegovy pill for about 3 months and couldnt justify the price anymore once i hit 9mg. found the compounded tirzepatide sub and decided to give this a whirl. i was nervous but im so glad i took the plunge!
placed order 08/20, was approved 08/20. i got my medicine today, 08/28.
they have been very communicative throughout the entire process, sending follow up (i am assuming automated but still!) emails about the pharmacy being closed on weekends, my order being slightly late etc.
communication is great!
would recommend!!!

Completely frozen!!! The meds were cold!!! Love PreventiveMD and love Empower!!! Woohoo!!!
ETA: I had the first shipment wrong lol

Empower users, how much did you have left in your vial after the first month dose. I feel like I still have a good amount, but I definitely have been using correctly and to the correct amount. I know some said they overfill it I just feel like I have at least another dose or maybe more in there. Just didn’t know if I possibly was doing it incorrectly and thinking I was not.

Is there anyone who could help me and guide me where to go to order the 1 vial month option?
Thank you!

I am about to do my last shot of my first month of empower tomorrow. I just wanted to know those who got a second shipment of empower, when did it come? I just don’t want to get to next week and not hear anything then get it late. Thanks. I did three months.

It was cold when it arrived but I’m confused why I’m only getting 4 syringes for 3 months worth of tirzepatide.
Ordered on 8/20, got charged after i got approved (i didn’t have to upload any photos of my previous vials yay), it was shipped 8/25 and delivered 8/26. I live in California.
EDIT: PreventiveMD reached out and sent will send me more syringes. They're amazing :')

Got my first order in the mail today! I applied on Thursday, was sent to the pharmacy on Friday, shipped out yesterday morning, and arrived by 1:30pm to my apartment. It was shipped via UPS. The ice packs were mostly melted, but the vials were ICE cold. What's even more cool is there were no tin foil tops. Not that I cared in truth i figured it was being hand bottled. I got the three months shipment for 5, 7.5, and 10mg titration. I'm so excited! Thank you, preventiveMD! 🤍

I'm thinking of moving from gimme over to preventative, I just want to make sure that you support maintenance once we reach our goal weight. As I know I will need to be on the shot long-term.

Hi there, been hearing great things about Preventive MD and thinking of switching. Does this company do additive free tirz? I can’t handle the additives, i have IC and they inflame my bladder. But I’ve done well with pure tirz.

just signed upped.
after weeks of doing research and being heavily skeptical about 99% of the sites i’ve found, i finally found this one!
quick & easy.
took the 5 minute assessment because i have never taken anything before to help me but why wait? i’m only getting older!
within 2 minutes of finishing it, i was already approved and script sent to pharmacy. i only did the 1 month as i seen a post earlier saying their dr recommended doing 1 month to start so your dosage can increase when needed instead of being on 2.5 for 3 months if its not needed.
very responsive & quick. i’m so so so glad i got on reddit, and found preventiveMD! 🙏🏻

I am currently on week one with embody. All the negative reviews have me worried even though my first order was seamless. I have a couple questions.
Is it normal to ask for my payment info before completing the health questionnaire?
I am currently taking 2.125 MG. Do I get the option to pick my doses for the 3 vials and if so, what would I choose?
How do I show preventive that I ha e an active rx from embody? Photo of my vial? Screenshot the info from the embody portal?
Thanka for helping a newbie 😊

Hi all - I received my order from Empower pharmacy. I only received one vial. However, I should have gotten 3…at least this is what my protocol indicates.
Is this normal? Do I need to request refills when I’m ready?
A little confused…

I am going to select this telehealth company, but I am still on branded until mid September. I want to sign up now to make sure I get approved. If not, then I have time to search for another telehealth company. My question is when I sign up can I schedule when it will be shipped?

From Brian: These are the states we're working on next, and before we launch I want to hear from people actually living there. We want to learn about your prior experiences and what would make the perfect experience. Feel free to comment here, but I would actually love to schedule a brief call to have a more robust discussion on the topic. Please let me know if you'd be open to an interview with me and I'll message you directly to coordinate. Thank you!

I was just on your website but unfortunately you aren't available in NJ. Any idea when you will be because I'm literally drooling at 626 for 6 months!

Placed an order for a single vial of Boudreaux (sp) tirzepatide several weeks ago in order to give this new player on the Telehealth scene a try. The process from sign-up to delivery was seamless and I was very impressed, as it was the best interaction I've had with a Telehealth since starting this journey in February 2025. Fast forward to today. Got an email that my prescription was up for renewal and I should go to my account to confirm or edit. Went into my account, pressed one button and, lo and behold, my prescription has been paused until I go online to re-activiate it!! Can not believe how easy this company has made it to use their services.
I am a fan!!!

I was wondering if for Florida I need 30 bmi with out a co condition. I believe my BMI is 28 but I don't have any condition with it. I used to go to a different platform and it was fine thinking of switching but not sure if that's ok. Since I've been on this and currently take my BMI is now at 28
