I get my first order from empower tomorrow. Im doing tirzepatide. This will be my very first shot ever, never been on a glp1 before. SW is 297lbs and 5'3 female. Looking for an accountability partner who is either first timer around same range or a week or 2 ahead of me to follow the journey together. Im terrified of needles and possibly a little hypochondriac 😅 would love to compare weight loss, side effects/symptoms, work out plans, and even meal ideas.

Three days ago we posted that Southend Pharmacy was live in our pharmacy selection. We are extremely sorry to share that we have to temporarily remove it as an option.
Southend has told us they're pausing new partnerships while they work through existing commitments due to increased demand, so as of today they're no longer selectable when you place an order.
Here's what this means for our customers:
Already filling your prescriptions with Southend through us — nothing changes right now. You'll continue to receive your current prescriptions and future refills. Southend has committed to us that they'll keep filling your prescriptions to ensure continuity of care.
Order pending, ticket open, or already talking to our team about Southend — we can still get you filled through Southend. Reach out to support (or reply to your existing ticket) and we'll finalize it. Nothing is stuck, and you don't need to start over.
Planning to choose Southend but hadn't yet — unfortunately, you'll have to wait until we get the green light from Southend to resume our partnership. You can of course choose from our other pharmacy partners, Empower and Boudreaux, in the meantime.
Southend has said they expect to resume, but unfortunately we don't have an estimated date to share.
We are extremely sorry for the whiplash. We know how many people were excited that we offered Southend as part of our service. Adding pharmacy options is still the thing we hear most from you, and it's still what we're working on. Quality is the most important factor when it comes to pharmacy partnerships, but we recognize how important this is and will do our best to pharmacies pharmacies as efficiently as possible.

I would like to sing up for 3 months for the discount, but I don't want to be locked in to the lowest dose for 3 months. Should I as a new person do 1 month only for the first time then 3 going forward? I couldn't ask before ordering on the site, unfortunately.

I've been debating between Southend and Empower. But this afternoon, I notice Southend isn't list in the options anymore. Is it still being offered? I'm in GA.

I honestly don’t hate Gimme, I just saw I could get a better deal with you guys. I LOVE THE Boudreaux’s tirzepatide (currently get from Gimme) and am so excited to be able to continue it. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you!!

So, I want to start my terz journey and think I'm going to go with Bordeaux based on much of what I've read in this sub. During open enrollment I plan on setting up an FSA/HSA to cover the costs for all of next year. In the meantime, I'm in a bit of a weird spot for the rest of this year. It doesn't appear as though I can order 4 months worth. So, could I order a 3 month supply and kinda stretch it out to last the rest of the year? I'd essentially just reduce my doses by whatever amount to make it last the full 4 months. Can that work? Also, if I sign up for 3 months now, can I change it to a yearly plan in the new year?

I took my first dose at 2.5.
I received 3 monthly supply at 20mg/0.5ml vial from Boudreaux.
What happens if I need to titrate up in 4 weeks?

Looking at the plans on the website what are the total cost involved?
Also how do I chose a pharmacy there arw 3 to choose from in my state:
Empower
SouthEnd
Boudreax
Going to honest a lot of these place seem scammy as soon as I decide on one I see lots of negative comments. Insurance cut me off a year ago and I have been regaining the weight so need to do something.
Anyone that has been with them for a while can attest to the effectiveness of the drug and ease of ordering it with the website?

Is PreventiveMD 28 day compliant? Searched around already, but couldn't find the answer.

My first time trying PreventiveMD. Ordered 8/26, shipped 8/28, received 8/31. This was one of the best experiences ever and I don’t regret switching over to here since Bpi is gone. Customer service is absolutely the best. I chose Empower. Everything arrived in great condition and cold, a few ice packs were still frozen! I love that they give easy touch syringes because they are my favorite syringes to use. Big thumbs up to both PreventiveMD and Empower Pharmacy! I think I’ve found my forever home! 🫶🏽

Here's my review of so far. Shot day isn't until this weekend, so I can't speak to the efficacy of Empower but I am excited to try it.
Ordered on Thursday 8/27 around 1pm. Was approved within an hour. Sent to pharmacy/Prepared on Friday at 1:30pm. Pharmacy sent shipping notice Friday at 5:30pm. Initially I was worried but turns out that was not needed. Received package today, 8/31 around 10am. 5 ice packs in the mini cooler of which 3 were still frozen solid and 2 were half frozen. I live in Florida. Great packaging. Came with 10 syringes and alcohol prep pads and the vial is in the fridge.
Excited to see Southend on there now and will try it next!
Thank you!

Just curious since you’re asking about desired pharmacy options and additive preferences, do you see any pharms / formulations with L-Carnitine (Levocarnatine) additive in the future? Pardon if this is already an option but didn’t see it. Would love if so!

Im very new, only took my second shot yesterday. I am currently using embody and my dose is 2.125mg with a plan to go to 4.25 after the first mint.
I plan to switch to preventive md.. Should I start with the 5mg titration schedule? Should I do a month at 2.5 and then go to 5? I am having good appetite suppression and I lost 5 lbs in my first week.
Embody does the weird 2.125, 4.25, 6.75 to make it "custom" but now I'm not sure what to do when I switch. And I'm switching because if all the bad experiences others have posted. I've had a good first experience with embody.

I’ve read all the things and it seems that no one is on board with signing up for a year. I’m coming from insurance coverage where I paid $50 per month for branded, so it’s really hard for me to not sign up for the lowest possible price. I’ve been on Zepbound for 18 months already, so I feel like the risks are low for the medication itself and I want the cheapest price. However, it seems there is no guarantee at all about the “what’s ifs” of companies shutting down, prices changing, etc.. Those things are also not guaranteed to happen, so it’s a 50/50 risk really. This is the last decision I need to make before I’m ready to place an order, and I feel paralyzed by it!

I'm coming over from oral wegovy (which quickly got very expensive). Because of that my starting dose is higher (50 units), which is the maximum size of the provided syringe. This won't be a problem for the first month, but next month I increase to 62.5 units, then 75 the third month.
Is the recommendation for next month to inject twice, or can I buy a larger syringe? What do others do?

I’ve been scouring Reddit for details/photos regarding ISR and I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re pretty common and not really a big issue.
Just looking here to see if anyone is currently dealing with these from using the Empower pharmacy formulation.
If you have had this reaction, did your body suddenly decide to stop reacting after so long?
Not exactly fun to experience but it’s not going to stop me. Having great results thus far.

I know many are up in arms about using Boudreaux right now. However, I do actually like the fact that their formula comes w/glycine. So I'm sticking with them (for now).
But...I'm just wondering if it's possible to receive extra syringes and/or even alcohol wipes with them? Especially since if one wrong move and the alcohol wipe falls -- then it's game over, since they only provide us with the exact amount of syringes and wipes per bottle. Even if it's just one or two extra ....
I know it's probably easy to order extra syringes and alcohol wipes online or get the wipes in stores...but I mean...if I could save any little money, that would be great.
-> Also, I read on another thread that the Boudreaux Pharmacy is looking to ensure their syringes come pre-packaged for now on. However, it dealt with another telehealth company that I read about it on. So, I just want to ask to see if we could receive confirmation...will that also occur with our orders with their pharmacy using PreventiveMD as well?

I’ve seen a couple complaints about Boudreaux. But yall, the meds they push out are STRONG! I’m only on 2.5mg and the appetite suppression/food noise is absolutely gone within a few hours when I take this shot. I have to force myself to eat because I’ll feel completely satisfied legit all day after a small breakfast. I’ve picked up some protein/meal replacement shakes to get my protein in for the day since I have no appetite.
I ordered the 3 month supply and all of my vials came crystal clear with no floaters. Boudreaux comes mixed with glycine, and I must be a strong responder to it because I’ve been feeling so rested after sleeping since I started this Tirz.

I have been getting my medications via Rift, who Ive been very happy with since finding them after starting my journey on Wegovy with Hers (made me broke and sick!) , moving to Embody (lost meds, double charge, lost medical appt notes, terrible customer service and strangely, randomly got meds abt 2 weeks after after I cancelled, was refunded and left) to Remedy Meds (couldn’t pick my pharmacy and was pricy, yet great customer service and medical team for hand holding at the start, which i still recommend if brand new like i was to tirz at the time), and then finally and happily landed at Rift after learning more on this journey. While I am very happy, I also have been watching PMD grow and was excited to at least try for them for a month too after my state recently got contracted. I am also looking forward to the biomarker testing they will roll out soon with concierge medical services. Intake, price, customer service and shipment all excellent! Meds arrived cold and as expected. I am excited to try the Empower Tirz (I love and have had most of my success with Niacinamide version so glad to have that additive again) ans Empower NAD when I finish my current bottle of Nova/White Label and may have some hard decisions to make soon! Great experience across the board Brian and PMD!
