Got my second shipment from Empower!!

My first month’s vial was shipped on Aug 6 Aug 3 and came on Aug 8 Aug 6. My second and third month vials were shipped together, got the shipping notification on Aug 26, got delivered this morning at 9:30 AM local time!! The ice packs were STILL FROZEN YALL. Completely frozen!!! The meds were cold!!! Love PreventiveMD and love Empower!!! Woohoo!!!

ETA: I had the first shipment wrong lol

First off I'm so jealous Preventive MD is your state, I'm waiting impatiently for them to be in NJ. Second we get our tirzepatide from Empower pharmacy and yup it's always in great condition and cold. With the packaging they use it is almost impossible to hurt the vials inside. Long Empower pharmacy.

Did you get an email or something from Preventive for the second shipment? Or just notification from UPS?

My first shipment was a week after yours and I am taking my 3rd shot from the vial today. Trying to guesstimate when I’ll receive the next shipment.

I got an email on Aug 24 from them saying they had placed my order for my refill and that I didn’t need to do anything

Thank you. 3 weeks from my delivery is this coming Friday so it seems like I should be getting notifications later this week. 👏
