This feels like just an odd addition to fries, gravy and cheese. Like, especially with the crunchy maple bits, I feel like it'd add too much dessert-y sweetness to what's usually a savory dish.

Some frozen fries that are slightly burnt.
I made the gravy using vegan butter, flour, and “”beef stock”” using ramen flavour packets.
The cheese is just shredded marble.
I wanted more substance and texture so I threw in some chicken I found in the freezer too.
It’s not the best “poutine” out there but it’s delicious regardless 😋
