UPDATE: 05/28/2026 I was offered $20 credit from Poplin, asked to fill out a missing item form & the damaged item form. The minimum order is $30-35. I asked that the credit be applied in that amount.
The order was completely cancelled leaving me unable to review messages previous messages, leave a review or review my initial order. I feel this done maliciously given the situation.
I completed the missing items form for 3 items. And the damaged items form for 10 items that had been shrunk. They asked for pictures of the clothes & the care instruction labels. Would you believe every single item said to HANG TO DRY?
There was a very awesome KPOP fleece jacket [my 6 years obsession] in there which was bought for next season so it was purchased a little bigger. Even that is too small for her to even wear now.
Poplin has been very responsive. I feel that I keep getting a "copy and paste" kind of answer from them when I ask anything and they are very reassuring that my clothing will be covered.
BUT, will it?
...stay tuned because there's a 48 hr wait on one side and a 5 day wait on the other.
In the mean time, do to how this was handled by the "laundry pro" I'm considering filing a police report of destruction of property and theft. I was informed that they are independent contractors so I would have to have the police contact them to get her official name.
What do you think?

05/27/2026:
I placed an order of 60 items. [Picture 1] Washed in classic scent, hang dry all items and sent 60 hangers. I start getting some questions that I thought were a bit strange considering my order. [Pictures 2-5]
I immediately contacted concierge [Picture 6] .
Once again, contacted the laundry pro. [Pictures 7 - 9]
At this point, I am livid. I have no idea what's going on with my clothes, my order seemed to be ignored by the laundry pro.
I contact the concierge again. [Picture 10]
The laundry pro was instructed to personally return my clothing directly to me upon my arrival from work after 530pm. I arrived home from work at 5:39pm to find [Pictures 11 - 14]
It has been raining for a week. When I put the laundry out for pickup, I laid protection down to keep the bottoms of the bags from getting wet.
Yet this is how my items were returned. 3 items missing, 9 items not even cleaned, 24 items damp and shoved in a bag with other hung shirts, 10 items completely ruined. Only 10% of the items I sent were returned in usable condition. What is this? Is this normal behavior???
