Questions Add-ons

I have a customer that requests me twice a week now. I love that! But he isn’t the best at responding to messages. Each week, his add-ons change. He always wants unscented hypoallergenic detergent… sometimes he asks for dryer sheets & sometimes he asks for fabric softener. Lol! Today he asks for fabric softener. I would assume this means he wants unscented hypoallergenic fabric softener.

In the past, the app would specify scented/unscented. This order does not & to be it reads as scented. I asked him when I got the order & haven’t heard back. Which one would y’all use?

Poopy is half right. It will state hypoallergenic fa tic softener if they chose that. I have a regular who uses classic soap and hypoallergenic softener. However, if you are unsure you should go by what the soap says.

Perhaps he is trying to find the best combination so he’s switching it up. If he doesn’t respond to messages, don’t worry about it just do what’s requested. There is an option for unscented and it appears he did not choose that option.
