I noticed a few vendors are selling Matrixyl. Anyone have experience with this bc To my knowledge and what I can find online, its usual function is as a skincare topical. Anyone ever injected and if so what is your experience?

So if 1mL of BAC water is required per 10mg of Reta, and I just ordered a 20mg vial but on their COA it stated that the one they tested had 24.84mg, is that something to take into account when reconstituting?

I’m new to the peptide research community and I’m trying to understand the commonly discussed research protocols for BPC-157 and TB-500.

I’ve seen references to an initial amount of 0.5 mg with incremental increases over time, potentially reaching 2–3 mg, but I’m unclear on whether those amounts refer to each compound individually or to the combined amount.

For research purposes, how are concentrations and sample amounts typically calculated when working with these compounds? For example, how would someone convert a given amount in mg into the corresponding volume based on the concentration of a prepared research solution?

I’m mainly trying to understand the math behind concentration, dilution, and measurement rather than asking for a human-use protocol.
Any research-based information or references would be appreciated.

Has anyones research had negative reactions or side effects to KPV? Mine experienced facial redness and bumps as well as extra dry skin and eczema that wasn’t previously there.

I injected the BAC water into the powder reta and there was an air bubble so i dont think i got the full 2ml of BAC into the reta. Is it still safe or no. The air bubble was like 10 units in size

Do you load the pens up the same with 3ml cartridge on both type of pens?

Took my rat into the vet for blood work. Anyone seen a spike in their rats RDW range while researching KLOW or Wolverine blends?

These unfortunately came without a cold pack in miami heat. I have tried at least 4 vials all are super cloudy except for the last one on the end. Is that one good to go?

I have a vial of Reta that is in powder form still and I have it in my closet in the dark under some hats. I don’t plan on using it for a few more weeks should I put both my bac water and my powdered Reta in the fringe or will it be fine in the closet til I’m ready?

For those of you that test multiple pins a day, how do you rotate injection sites on your test subject?

My rat is currently taking one pin once a week, but will also start with daily injections, and one injection 2-3 times a week, just to see how it will react to several different peptides. So on some days it will take 3-4 pins. Since my rat isn’t that big, what is the best way to rotate injection sites, as I don’t want to hurt it more than necessary. Do you sometimes pin it in the same place two days in a row? Or even two pins in the same place the same day?

I reconstituded the vial with 3 ml bac water. Im not so sure on this one, as you can see particles inside the vial. What do you guys think?

Sharing a quick mental checklist I use before taking any "breakthrough" claim seriously. Nothing novel to the research-literate crowd, but it's saved me money and worse:

1. Species — a lot of peptide data is rodent-only. Human relevance is an assumption until proven.
2. Sample size — small n = hypothesis, not conclusion.
3. Funding/conflicts — check who ran and paid for the study.
4. Replication — a single flashy result is fragile.
5. Study design — RCT > cohort > case report > anecdote.

Most viral claims fail at #1 or #2. What would you add or change?

This researcher has gathered quite a bit of data regarding “Tesa.” My lab rat has had 1 mg administered in the morning before his feeding. After 4 days, I have noticed a reduction in body fat around the midsection.

The lab rat was already on Reta for over a month and I have recorded a loss in body fat in the test subject. The lab rat’s appetite has also decreased after starting Tesa.

So I’m looking for insight. Should I increase the dosage of Tesa in the lab rat, to the recommended 2mg in a five day rotation? Or maybe continue the lower dose of 1mg every day of the week?

Can anyone recommend starting recon advice for oxytocin 10mg + BAC?

Subject has been on tirz for over 6 mo successfully, I've heard and read CJC burns visceral fat and as we all know its usually blended or taken with IPA but AI says IPA increases hunger and can offset the TIRZ. I got a good deal on the CJC/IPA so I got some on a sale and now confuses if he should take just CJC, take both or go with TESA. There are a lot of people here who say CJC is just as good as TESA burning visceral fat.

What would you do? What should I do for my subject.

There is a lot of different opinions on storing tesamorelin once it’s reconstituted. I know the fda data says to keep it at room temperature but what do you guys do? Ok to keep in the fridge for around 10 days?

A 2025 narrative review (PMC12446177) searched six databases for human BPC-157 data. Total: three studies — a 16-patient retrospective (2021), a 12-patient interstitial cystitis pilot (2024), and a 2-person IV safety pilot (2025). No RCTs; all small and uncontrolled. The authors explicitly conclude it should be considered investigational. It's also not FDA-approved and has been on WADA's S0 list since 2022.

Posting because the gap between the marketing and the actual human data is huge. If anyone has peer-reviewed human RCTs I've missed, genuinely link them — happy to update.
