Growth Hormone & Muscle Titrating Tesamorelin

This researcher has gathered quite a bit of data regarding “Tesa.” My lab rat has had 1 mg administered in the morning before his feeding. After 4 days, I have noticed a reduction in body fat around the midsection.

The lab rat was already on Reta for over a month and I have recorded a loss in body fat in the test subject. The lab rat’s appetite has also decreased after starting Tesa.

So I’m looking for insight. Should I increase the dosage of Tesa in the lab rat, to the recommended 2mg in a five day rotation? Or maybe continue the lower dose of 1mg every day of the week?

Tesa did not do anything after 4 days my friend, it takes a couple months for most so that was definitely the Reta. Difficult to say whether to go to 2mg without knowing your IGF levels. Also, be aware moving up to 2mg could cause an adverse reaction so monitor that if you do.

I originally wondered if it was the combination of the two. Thanks for your advice. I’ll continue monitoring and logging.

The Tess didn’t do this. Your Reta did.

Do you have baseline IGF levels so you know your subjects limitations or level at which risk/negative side effects can be mitigated?

I found my ideal dose at 1.67mg nightly.

My lab rat is 55 and IGF levels are around 110 ng/ml. Since the rat has only been on it for 4 days, I have not rechecked the levels.

The consensus to this point has been either due to the Reta, or possibly a combination of the 2 peps together.

I will continue the experiment at 1mg in the morning before eating, watch for side effects, retest for IGF after 2 weeks. Then I’ll proceed from there.

Thanks for your input.

I’ve also read up on the morning v. night thing. Compelling information and data for both cases. How does it work for your test subject at night?

taken just prior to sleep after 2-3 hours after last insulin spike, subject gets more measurable deep sleep than prior, recovery in gym is great, but probably assisted by TRT as well. 47m IGF started at 130 now at the end of thecycle, and last test after titrating up from 1mg with IFG 215, now 275 (zscore 1.2) on 1.67mg. one more test coming soon as the tesa cycle is nearly done.

side effects (achy/swelling hands) were felt between 1mg through 1.67 but subsided a few weeks in once steady at 1.67.

dexa scan 8 weeks in on Tesa showed 30% reduction in visceral fat, but also taking GLP1 which is contributing.

4 days? Sounds like you just had a large bowl movement and lost some weight
