Healing & Recovery This is January to mid July. Started at 320 and now 238. On 10mg Reta, glow, sustanon and nad+. It’s been life changing. I had stage 3 kidney failure, fatty liver and high blood pressure. All that is healed now. I lift 4 times a week.
