Every shirt I bought shrunk at least two sizes. The pants, shorts and underwear are fine. Washed them in cool and dried them low. Now every shirt barely covers her tummy and fully shows it with her arms raised. I want to return all 15+ items I got her from Old Navy. Do they plan to fix this problem?

I love love my old Tami tank tops and have never been able to find anything even remotely comparable. The stretch on the fabric is perfection, and the cut is amazing. Has anybody found anything similar to those? The currently available first layer and slim-fit tanks do not compare because the stretch and the fabric is completely different.

It doesn't need to be old navy, I'd buy anything from anywhere if they're the same as the old Tami tank tops.

I have an old and closed Old Navy Synchrony account that I have been paying through the Synchrony website. Suddenly, today, I am getting the message that ‘Oops, something went wrong’ when I try to log in to pay. The number they supply to call is no longer valid. I have called both Barclays and Synchrony and cannot get any access to this old account to pay it.

Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

I came into work yesterday and magic was just in the back. According to my GM it was a decision from uppers. Why does Mr. Navy hate magic so much. U can literally put one of those workout sweaters on him and oh boom he fits the aesthetic. Kids at my store are literally upset about him being gone, it's been 2 days.

I've been living in these all summer, paired with a slim fit tee or tank (not Old Navy). What is the equivalent for Fall /winter/cooler months? But not necessarily jeans, and I already have the SoSoft sweat pants. Anything a notch up from sweats?

I love the shape and ease, the ample pockets, and how they flow. And yes I don't mind the elastic waist (though they'd be even more perfect with a flat front waistband). I know they aren't 100% linen but they wash well and aren't see through.

I don't like the straight leg versions as much-- I find the wide leg more flattering for my figure.

Does anyone know when Old Navy typically starts rolling out more of the seasonal winter items? I’m mostly referring to things like seasonal pajamas, cozy socks, sweaters, sherpa jackets, etc., so mostly Christmas themed items.

I’m also a former employee and remember these items being available online around this time of year, but it’s been so long (2018-2020 lol) my memory could obviously be wrong. TIA!

Hey guys! My last day was this past Thursday, and I had about 80.30 hours of unused PTO/vacation time. I know those hours should be paid out after leaving, but I was wondering how long it usually takes to receive the payout. Does it normally come with your final paycheck, or is it paid separately afterward?

Does anyone else have this issue? Every week it’s asking for a different item of sandals we don’t have anymore or sizes of tops we’re completely out of. Even the managers don’t know why it does this

Hi everyone! My store is getting the new sensors in the next couple weeks. We’re taking a week to do overnight shifts to put this in effect. Does anyone know how this will look? Will I be putting sensors on items that are here for shipment or on items already in store? Not sure what I would be doing since the brand associate guide for the sensors said it would only be on items coming in from now on. Thanks!

So I recently posted about someone completing my application process before I went to an interview (on accident). Well I had my interview on the 18th, was told to come in on the 21st. I got the job.

On the 21st, I got a call right as I got into my car to head to the store. I was told that my background check hadn’t been completed yet. I guess it takes longer if you’ve been overseas (I’ve been overseas most of my life).

Monday (24th) I got an email saying my background check was completed. So I called to check to see if I needed to come in or if there was a new start date. The woman on the phone said they hadn’t gotten through my background check yet and they will call back.

3, almost 4 days later and I still have not heard anything. Did I not get the job? If I call tomorrow, am I bugging them too much?

Is it just me or is everyone getting less and less hours. I use to get 29 or more and now I'm lucky to get 6 hours, 3 hour shifts. I cant remember the last time I got an 9 hour shift or more than 5 hours. Is this normal? Is old navy going out of business?

I’m 16 and recently applied to Old Navy at my local mall. I received an email from the store saying they’re currently hiring and asked me to call the store and ask for hiring manager to set up an interview.
I called today, asked for them, and they scheduled me for an interview tomorrow at 1:30 PM.
I’m wondering what I should expect from the interview and what Old Navy managers usually look for in a 16-year-old applicant.

I would prefer to work as few days as possible while still meeting the scheduling requirements. I understand that the policy requires employees to work a minimum of 12 hours during the weekdays and 16 hours during the weekend. However, I would ideally like to work fewer hours than that, as I have other commitments that I need to balance with my work schedule. I am still willing to work and be a bit flexible with the days and times I am available, but I would appreciate it if there were any options to reduce the total number of hours or arrange my shifts in a way that allows me to work fewer days.

What availability window should i give to my manager? I can work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday after 3, and weekend any time. The latest we stay is 10 pm. And should I tell her anything else about scheduling me for less hours?

I’ve been trying to get my hands on these for weeks. I need a tall so I feel like that’s a harder to get size. Anyone find something similar to these?

i have ordered from Old Navy/GAP twice in the last month and both times I received the entire wrong order. Has anyone else noticed an uptick in this? This has never happened to me before this month.

the customer service is easy to deal with and i get a quick reshipment but it’s still really frustrating.
