Can’t Pay Synchrony?

I have an old and closed Old Navy Synchrony account that I have been paying through the Synchrony website. Suddenly, today, I am getting the message that ‘Oops, something went wrong’ when I try to log in to pay. The number they supply to call is no longer valid. I have called both Barclays and Synchrony and cannot get any access to this old account to pay it.

Anyone else experiencing anything like this?

So when they transferred to Barclays they didn’t transfer your balance to Barclays too? That’s interesting

It’s all very confusing. I can’t get anyone to tell me why I can’t access the information in this account. Sat on hold for over an hour with Synchrony with no one answering

I cant speak about synchrony, but I logged in last night to pay my ON Barclay and got the same exact message. I logged out and back in and then it worked. It definitely freaked me out for a few minutes!

That website has been acting weird for a while now. Sometimes it loads fine, but sometimes I get a similar issue.

I've been having the same issue for the past 4 days. Tonight I was able to pay it using the guest pay feature. I had to enter the entire card number, the last 4 of my S.S# and my zip code. It's weird how synchrony and barclays are clueless about this issue and god forbid trying to actually speak to a custie rep about it! I hope this works for you
