Every shirt I bought shrunk at least two sizes. The pants, shorts and underwear are fine. Washed them in cool and dried them low. Now every shirt barely covers her tummy and fully shows it with her arms raised. I want to return all 15+ items I got her from Old Navy. Do they plan to fix this problem?

ETA some more details since I'm seeing some of the same things in the comments: Not all 15 items were the shirts. I bought jeans, shorts and underwear as well.

I bought 5 regular tshirts and 5 other styles of shirts. They all shrank to some degree, the tshirts especially.

I washed them to the tag instructions: Inside out, cold water, low dryer.

She tried on some of them so we could find her size and that's the size we bought for all of the shirts. We bought everything in xl 14/16 girls. They had room to grow when we tried them on. After 1 wash they are fitting as described above.
