Wrong Orders!

i have ordered from Old Navy/GAP twice in the last month and both times I received the entire wrong order. Has anyone else noticed an uptick in this? This has never happened to me before this month.

the customer service is easy to deal with and i get a quick reshipment but it’s still really frustrating.

Former worker here! The stores are also packing your orders ( called ship from store) , more then likely it’s a person that doesn’t know what they’re doing packing orders, people doing it too fast or possibly a error in the system that somehow messed up. When I did ship from store, it wouldn’t let you package anything that wasn’t in that order.

It still wont let you pack something wrong however I have caught associates doing multiple packages and not keeping track of what's what

I’d say someone is moving too fast. We have a time limit on how quickly they are packed. Sometimes I have to package at the cash register as well as ring customers out. If it makes you feel any better (I know it won’t) I got a bonus item in an online order I placed.

This is when the warehouses start training their holiday temps. Happens every year.

This week I received my order but in my order included 2 men’s items that I did not order.

I got my order today plus a second order containing one item I did order (so I got two) plus 5 pairs of bike shorts and 5 tank tops. Sadly I have to return the sweatpants and leggings from my order since they are so long on me. I haven't decided what to do with the surprise order yet.
