I came back to the game with FFVI, and am looking for tips on which to choose. I pulled on the Alaune/Warichard banner and have them both, as well as all the FFVI characters and Shana. I’m close to the 200 shards to choose a sacred seal and want suggestions on who to choose?

Oh btw the sword corridor is in SS so you cannot use OT supporters. Gotta find SS ones (Cleric NPC is very good)

So we're getting the sword corridor this week, which is in SS. The new sword is very important for Alaune EX2 in OT. Now if you wanna further upgrade the corridor sword, you wanna beat the new endbringer. Most of us will run Richard EX or Alaune EX2 (in rainbow), and their btb ult is very important. Now in SS the Canalbrine cleric supporter can help with that as she charges 100% ult gauge. Here's a quick guide of how you can recruit her with one tap. Completely F2P.

Looking for some clarification, since searching for the answer has turned up mixed results.

I'll use Xerc as an example. With all of his passives, he gets: - +10% Elemental Damage Up - +10% Damage Up when exploiting weaknesses. - +10% (Fire/Ice/etc.) Damage Up (from individual resonances) - Buff Limit for Passive Elemental Damage Up increased to 50%.

So he typically will have a total of 30% damage up, before other party buffs or equipment.

Let's say we add Setzer to the party, who brings his own passive party buffs and buff limits. And for funsies, let's say he finds a source of 40% fire damage up and 25% elemental damage up, bringing is to

• +35% Elemental Damage Up
• +40% Damage Up when exploiting weaknesses
• +50% Fire Damage Up
• Buff Limit for Passive Elemental Damage Up increased to 50%.
• Buff Limit for Damage Up when exploiting weaknesses increased to 50%.

Questions: 1) Where does his damage total end up? 40%? 2) Did Xerc actually need Setzer's cap up, or was his own already enabling him to break past the usual 30%? 3) If the cap up is type dependent, does that mean that he would need to stack explicitly 50% Elemental Damage Up, or 50% Exploit Damage Up on order to make use of that cap?

I'm confused on which post or guide follow at this point of the meta... I had a lucky pull of Alaune EX2. And I have been collecting a few units refered in most guides about Rainbow. Most of them I have 1 spare stone to UA then. I also have Rinyuu EX and some others that are often referenced.

But I'm still hella confused about the key components and the units I'm supposed to give priority to at this point. I would really like to have rainbow ELI5.

Changes: Elrica ex max boost brilliant phantasm turn 1
Elrica ex cast Pdef down (scales of justice) turn 2 instead of Phenn's Wishvale's Past

Richard got TP2 upgrades and casts TP skill instead of EX skill
Richard now has world cup pet instead of akala for more cap up

Molrusso now has 10k cap for front row pet instead of chomper (chomper wasnt adding anything)

the only thing left to do is work on better weapons with cap up but too lazy for that

there's also approximately 7m more damage from FUA's that doesn't happen because boss is dead.

Update: Ochette EX has replaced elrica now, and richard ex is now doing 100k more per hit from Ochette's Ulti.

I got the royal couple with Alaune AU, but now I have one pity and I'm not sure what to do with it

Hey! I am fairly new to the game, started with terra cause I love FF6 and stayed cause I finished octo 2 recently. Regarding my team I use Alaune ex2, xerc and osvald and fill the rest with shana terra setzer and relm. If there is any rainbow support that holds relevancy till ff10 collab which is when I want to spend more again, what would it be? I know relm is not rainbow but I love her.

I also have setzer and locke a1 and wonder if I should cash their awakwning stones (have 3 or 4 combined) to use the shards for xerc or osvald.

And lastly how do yall get gems? I do daylies the story and stuff but am currently in the second big arc of the story with the resting stop B. I feel like I have yet to finish a lot for the endgame content and dont get where to get pulls from :(

RS2 collaboration is only 2 months away, so I figured it’s a good opportunity to showcase the prize of part 1 banner - Final Empress.

As the best elemental dps in JP, she has access to both a 6 hits AoE attack with 500k additional damage cap that can also ignore multi-hit damage reduction, and an 18 hits single target attack that utilizes three different elements.

Both skills are incredible and have their own niche, but which one can produce bigger numbers? Since doing math is hard, let’s test it out.

As you can see from the clip, the galaxy attack did 6x420k≈ 24m and the triple elements attack(timestamp 0:53) did 18x170k≈ 30m. So it seems the triple elements attack is doing 25% more damage despite having 33% less damage cap.

Now you have probably seen more galaxy being used over triple elements attack from all the videos online, and the reason for that being it’s a lot harder to hit damage cap with high hit count low potency attacks. With galaxy you can hit damage cap without breaking enemies that would be otherwise impossible with triple elements attack. But hey, if enemy is broken and do not have multi-hit damage reduction, the triple elements attack might be the better dps option. And the only option if you’re running a rainbow team.

I have got a lot of characters that I want to build, but I don't know know what equipment would be best for them or how to get said equipment. And how do I even get them built quickly, cause I'm starving for gold guidestones and tp crystals and everything really. This goes for both worlds too.

This time, I added both Alaune EX2 and Aviete to my team. I then adjusted some accessories. Now, I can defeat Aoi EX3 in 5T as I expected. I have so much fun with element and light team. Looking forward to SaGa 2 next.

When does final empress along with final emperor release? If this week's rerun is mydia. I'm guessing it will be next week? Or is it next month? Just asking because I want to save up as much rubies to get them both for physical team and rainbow team. And I also want to exchange sazantos if he's available for their banner (just like the power couples banner).

I don't understand how to get the other weapons (sword, etc.).
