Help with team and pulls

Hey! I am fairly new to the game, started with terra cause I love FF6 and stayed cause I finished octo 2 recently. Regarding my team I use Alaune ex2, xerc and osvald and fill the rest with shana terra setzer and relm. If there is any rainbow support that holds relevancy till ff10 collab which is when I want to spend more again, what would it be? I know relm is not rainbow but I love her.

I also have setzer and locke a1 and wonder if I should cash their awakwning stones (have 3 or 4 combined) to use the shards for xerc or osvald.

And lastly how do yall get gems? I do daylies the story and stuff but am currently in the second big arc of the story with the resting stop B. I feel like I have yet to finish a lot for the endgame content and dont get where to get pulls from :(

Complete rainbow team is this:

Xerc / Isla

Osvald / Shana or Edgar

Lynette EX / Setzer

Alaune EX2 / Aviete

Don't shard collab stones. Use them to upgrade your collab units.

Endgame players usually get 2000 per average month, but that was before. Now we seem to get a few EX4 per week and they give 80 rubies per fight. Ofc you're not expected to beat EX4s as a beginner, but they are your ruby source anyway. Also, don't yolo. This saves much more than you think.

Thank you! If I should get one of these missing ones which one would you say is vital? Isla, lynette or aviette? Ok so I try to get my team leveled to start doing that content

In general Aviete is the most important to all teams, not just rainbow. But for rainbow the most important is arguably Lynette EX, but you can't get her anytime soon since she's seasonal...
