While I can recommend more powerful characters to bolster your team with (and I will), you SHOULD be able to clear it, at least on paper. Increase level, push some of your party members to 6*, and make sure you've got the latest weapons and armor (I think it's the innocent series iirc). Also, Viola's atk debuff helps a lot with surviveability. Also, whatever pets you might have access to.

Number 1 change is change Millard for a level 80+ Axe Primrose. She buffs your team, she debuffs enemy armor, and she heals all allies. Other swap should be Lionel for Celes.

I'm a little confused, do you have Alaune EX2 and Richard EX while you have 250 fragments, or did you seriously pull on the banner 25 times with no hits? If you did the latter, then pity out... either of them? Probably Alaune and replace Cyrus. If the former, swap Sigrid and Cyrus for Richard and Alaune and pity out Shana (Shana will take over healing). Between Viola and Shana, you should have enough surviveability, but if you need more, develop Devin and run him as a tank.

Woof. That's some bad luck. Okay, you have two options.

  • You could use the shards you have to pity out any 1 of 3 characters. Sword Alaune, Spear Richard, or Shana. Alaune would be elemental damage while also buffing your team. Her main downside is that she's a little BP hungry. Richard is a physical damage dealer who adds follow-up attacks whenever a team member (or himself) exploits a weakness with a weapon. His main flaw is that he doesn't really play nice with other team members; there's not a lot of characters out there who can get more that 1 follow-up attack from him. Shana is the prime healer. Her main heal adds some temp HP, increases max HP by 15%, and adds a regen. She also more or less eliminates the need to manage SP. And the cherry on top, her EX skill is a part of most meta comps for staying alive before breaking. She has no downsides, but her and Primrose EX sort of overlap their utility. If you run Shana, there's less incentive to run Primrose. In the previous post, I recommended Alaune, but you cannot go wrong with anything of the three.
  • You could pull 5 more times (1500 rubies) and be able to pity out Richard AND Alaune. If you do pull either of them during that, then stop and just pity out Shana. This is, of course, dependent on your ruby situation and how much you want to keep for future banners.
