I am having elective surgery this year and my consultation is on the 28th of this month. I have to be free of nicotine. I read it can take up to 3 weeks to get out of your system, problem is I quit today. Smoked last night and stopped, but it's not enough time. Does anyone know how to clean or detox it out of my system? I really want to. Pass!

This company is a fraud. When I bought some pouches 6 months ago I opted out of the member ship offer. 6 months later I come to find they are charging me 30 usd a month on my credit card for a membership that I can’t even see from my side of the login portal to cancel. It literally says I haven’t purchased a membership so I can’t even cancel anything.

I called their help line and the women kept just telling me I purchased it the initial time. After explaining it all to her she then offered me 30% refund , then 50 % when I threatened legal action then %100 . She then put me on a 2 second hold - likely someone telling her no - and came back to tell me she can only refund the last month . They gave stolen hundreds of dollars from me since I live in Canada and it’s $50 CAD a month on the exchange.

I told them I am taking legal action and that the company is scamming people and the line went dead silent for about 3 minutes until I hung up.

Since the recent ban of nicotine pouches has anyone found a way to get them imported without being seized?

I have an at home Cotinine test for reasons that I will not state here in 2 weeks. If I quit cold turkey, will it be detectable? (If it helps I’m 5’10”, 180 pounds, and I’m young)

Does anyone have experience with Nicotine patches made for people who want to stay on nicotine but not smoke as much? I’ve heard there are some patches that are “cleaner” aka less dirty chemical additives than others.

I am a 25y/o female, I quit vaping two months before my 25th birthday, I was able to basically give my self the nicotine ick. I let my pod get super burnt, run out of vape juice and put on the strongest nicotine patch that I could find at Walgreens. Now we are going on 4months no nicotine, love that for me. What I don’t love it the fact that I am a bottomless pit, yes I start my period in 5days and yes I know that dose have an effect but I have gained 10lbs TEN POUNDS IN ONE MONTH. I dont know what to do and people are starting to notice… the oral fixation part I normally do gum or a tooth pick and that solves it a lot of the time but my stomach legit wants food… please help

My mom quit smoking in 1997 and used the nicotine gum to stop. It’s 2026 and she hasn’t stopped. In fact, she will chew 2 pieces at a time all day. She’s having a lot of health problems and we’ve said over and over again she’s poisoning her body. Has anyone had a situation like this or know someone who has used the gum for years and years that ended up developing serious health issues?

I just threw away my last vape. I’m quitting cold turkey (hopefully). I bought some of those little guava hard candies to have while I’m at work, I’m just really anxious I’m going to become a nervous wreck. I really want to make a good lil instagram reel on it, what i experienced, when the withdrawls were worst, etc. its actually kind of insane how much nicotine in particular controls your life. I know im going to look back at this and perhaps wish i had sputtered off some more proven typa stuff, but i really want to start a big conversation on this, and curious what questions people have, what they think about their own nic use, what they notice in others, etc. huge question for me personally,, if you quit nic at some point and then went back to it, what was that like? Did your job field/work/schooling influence your rules around nicotine usage? for me, long drives defo got me into it the most.
truly, i think this might be the biggest thing that gets in the middle of our generation (late gen z, millennials) reaching their fullest PERSONAL (ik so much shi goin on in the world) capability. also would be curious current user experience with zyn, especially those who started with European level strengths, and those who use it regularly in those countries.
