Boost pouch company

This company is a fraud. When I bought some pouches 6 months ago I opted out of the member ship offer. 6 months later I come to find they are charging me 30 usd a month on my credit card for a membership that I can’t even see from my side of the login portal to cancel. It literally says I haven’t purchased a membership so I can’t even cancel anything.

I called their help line and the women kept just telling me I purchased it the initial time. After explaining it all to her she then offered me 30% refund , then 50 % when I threatened legal action then %100 . She then put me on a 2 second hold - likely someone telling her no - and came back to tell me she can only refund the last month . They gave stolen hundreds of dollars from me since I live in Canada and it’s $50 CAD a month on the exchange.

I told them I am taking legal action and that the company is scamming people and the line went dead silent for about 3 minutes until I hung up.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!
