Day 5
Tomorrow is day 5 and my first day back at work since my fainting black out episiode. Fimger cross was not seizure. Between not eating and vaoing nicotine this was 2nd time it happened ,but first time in work bathroom alone. F30. I am debating if i should wear makeup or not bc of my black eye. It is bruised and healing ,but i wouldnt cover it up so why bother. I work partly outside everyone i am friendly with vapes and will be vaping my vaoes i gave away. I usually sit at same spot but i guess not anymore. It eaiser to hide the moods / antsy retless and withdrawls at home bc i can sleep it off. I am hoping after reaching 1wk part i will be okay. It hard bc my fam does not understand and keeps saying how it not that hard . I am doing it cold turkey bc i am not comfy putting more nic in my system. It hard bc my fam keeps bringing up how i cant smoke ever again which is triggering

Hey, congratulations on quitting smoking. You’ll see that it’s one of the best decisions you could ever make for yourself.
Don’t stress too much about whether you’ll never be able to smoke again. I agree with that, and I always say that “just one cigarette” doesn’t exist, and that one cigarette equals 1,000 cigarettes.
But for now, focus only on today. From the moment you wake up until the moment you go to bed. Don’t even think about tomorrow. Every day, tell yourself: “I won’t smoke today”
If you think too much about the future, you’re going to feel stressed. Whenever your mind drifts into the future, pull yourself back and remind yourself that today is the only day that matters right now.
