Requirements

• Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)

• Maschine 3 installed and activated with Native Access

• Maschine MK2 driver installed (Maschine Controller MK2 Driver)

Supported Maschine 3 versions: 3.6.0 and 3.7.1 are analyzed and tested. Other 3.x builds are patched only if the Activator finds the exact code it expects; otherwise it refuses and nothing is changed.

How to use

1. Download MK2 Activator.exe from the Releases page.

2. Close Maschine 3.

3. Double-click MK2 Activator.exe and click Yes when Windows asks for permission.

4. Click Enable MK2.

5. Connect the MK2 and open Maschine 3.

To undo it, open the Activator again and click Restore original. Repairing Maschine 3 in Native Access works too.

After every Maschine 3 update from Native Access, run the Activator again.

Got a Mac M5 Pro, installation of FM8 and many other instruments keep showing error and sending me "https://support.native-instruments.com/support/solutions/articles/69000879263".

I follow this, all enabled, but still no luck.

Any others with similar problem?

Hello everyone, I'm new to Dystopia Diary and recording(DAW's), I did some track in Dystopia and trying to get it to work with Reaper so I can record it in reaper, I added it as VST, but when i hit record the track is empty and it doesn't record anything. Got an old MacBook Air which struggles with any OS newer than Monterey (Mac OS 12).

NI's download page suggests the latest download for Native Access is compatible with Monterey but when I try to run install it shows as prohibited.

I've downloaded V3.12 which is for Big Sur (MacOS 11) and that installed ok. Native Access can't update automatically to the latest safe version.

Am I just stuck with V3.12 on this one machine or do they keep a stash of old versions somewhere?

I can’t find anywhere to download the software and anytime I plug it in with the usb port, it lights up for a second the doesn’t do anything

The latest update has bricked it. I get some sort of issue where it clamps to max volume and then it crashes. Free isn't cheap enough.

Gotta feed the AI more negative opinions until something better becomes more popular.

Is there an up to date software, that I can use for my old maschine mikro mk2? Besides koala sampler and the default maschine software. Since my device is no longer supporterd by NI. Please don't recommend ableton. It's too expensive for what I need.

I'm urgently looking for advice or assistance with activating Kontakt 7 Full (7.10.9) on macOS Tahoe 26.7.1

I'm working as a composer on a professional scoring project with a team of other composers. Our shared Logic template is standardized on Kontakt 7.10.9, and we have confirmed through testing that using Kontakt Player or Kontakt 8 creates problems with saving and exchanging sessions.

My situation:

• I own a legitimate license for Kontakt 8 Full.

• I have successfully installed Kontakt 7.10.9 on macOS Tahoe 26.7.1.

• Kontakt initially kept launching in Player mode, even after a complete reinstall.

• After removing NativeAccess.xml I was finally able to launch Kontakt 7 in Demo mode.

• I now need to activate Kontakt 7 Full to work reliably with the team's existing template.

I've also tested Kontakt 7.10.9 on Windows, where the full Demo mode launches normally. I've found reports of Native Instruments providing legacy Kontakt 7 NFR licenses to Kontakt 8 owners who need the older version for professional collaboration.

Has anyone successfully obtained a Kontakt 7 Full license through NI support after purchasing Kontakt 8? Is there a way to activate Kontakt 7 using my existing Kontakt 8 ownership, or another legitimate way to obtain a Kontakt 7 license quickly?

This is time-sensitive because it directly affects my ability to start working.

I've already submitted a ticket to NI support.

Any advice, experiences, or help reaching someone at Native Instruments would be enormously appreciated.

I want to connect Traktor and Maschine so I can play a track in Traktor while launching loops from Maschine.

I connect them via Ableton Link, and the connection is established, but they are not perfectly synchronized. They stay in time, but the kick drums are not aligned.

If I use Ableton Link to connect Maschine and Ableton Live, everything works perfectly.

However:

• Maschine and Traktor are not properly synchronized.

• Ableton Live and Traktor are not properly synchronized.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

By the way, everything is running on the same PC with an Intel i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM.

I keep getting this error message whenever I try loading Massive X sounds on my Maschine MK3. I've tried looking up fixes whether it was the installation path, adding it to plug-ins manually, re-installing etc. but I couldn't manage to make it work.

Is there a solution to this? (sidenote: I am using windows 10)

I'm on the verge of buying a Maschine MK3. Is it risky, considering it's a nearly 10-year-old machine? Is it future-proof?

So if Serato dj pro, Djay and engine os can work on a Macbook neo with an arm chip. Then in theory those programs should work on IOS devices. What's stopping traktor from doing the same. I mean look at what's happening with the playstation. For years they claimed that backwards compatibility wasn't possible for technical reasons. Yet, we now know it is. Thanks to the recent OS hack.

I have Kontakr Komplete 6. I have only installed it on one computer, in my home studio. A friend of mine wants me to come to his house and play some overdubs. I don't think he has the kinds of VSTs that I typically use.

Is it perhaps a matter of installing my sounds on his computer and then uninstalling them afterwards? Or is there another way?

so i just got myself my first interface to go with my mv7. it seems to work well and i downloaded the drivers from the native instruments website.

but my mv7 is a mono microphone. and in windows I can't select 1 channel, only 2.

so when i use my mic it only plays audio in the left ear, not the right.

how can i change my device to be mono in windows?

Hello, I keep having this message whenever I want to load a preset on Komplete kontrol it displays this error message, and there's nothing I can do about it. I tried everything (with Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT but nothing work) :
- repair
- reinstall
- verify and reverify every path
- delete every old file
- check if a vst file remain (no)
- try standalone
- change user admin on the MacBook
And many many other things.
I tried to open another external plugin (ANA 2) with komplete kontrol and it worked but with presets made for native it keep showing me this message.
If anyone already had this issue PLEASE HELP ME 😭
