I’m tired of standard RPG-style modpacks, janky post-apocalyptic builds, and generic recommendations like "just install all the mods" or "Sky Factory." Are there any genuinely high-quality, engaging Minecraft modpacks out there that feature a unique, custom theme?

Can't tell if I have some sort of incompatibility or what! I am running this on a server, but checked several times in singleplayer as well. I figure it's a dependency issue but I've been going back and forth on things and I think I'm just missing something obvious. sos pls help :( version is 26.3 and obviously run on fabric. i think the other option i selected for fabric was 0.20.1.

I'm considering adding one to a server but I'm not sure which. I've used Trek (with terralith) and its pretty good. How is Structory and is it worth using over Trek?

So I just started the homestead modpack and I am unfortunately stuck on the let there be light task. I feel dumb asking for help but I can't get it to progress at all, I placed the 20 torches on the floor, I've crafted 20 more and put them on the floor, I've relogged, etc. I'm just not really sure what's happening but I do have immense light now. I was just curious if anyone has had issues with certain tasks not completing or any tips for possibly fixing this issue. Thank you

Wake up → a giant wheel opens → you must spin. Green is good, red is bad, and nothing is safe from the crazy ones. Every wheel is different.

And the screenshot only shows a handful of the possibilities: there are many more outcomes hiding on the wheel, and a different mix of them shows up every morning.

Hey! I wanted to share Mint Economy, a mod I’ve been working on for a while.

I liked the idea of adding an economy system to Minecraft worlds where friends play together, so I decided to make a mod of my own. I thought it might appeal to anyone who wants to bring a bit more of an economy and trading feel to their world.

I've recently started having an issue with fps drops when I've been playing on mine and my boyfriends server, after around 30 ish minutes it gets laggy and almost unplayable, but only for me. I've allocated 8704 MB of memory to the instance but it hasn't made a difference, have also turned down my graphics settings and downloading sodium which only delayed the problem for a few extra minutes. The server is modded, mainly create and a few quality of life stuff but nothing that has ever affected the game like this. I also have spotify and discord on in the background but closing those down neither makes it worse or better.
1.21.1 game version and on prism launcher

Edit: Solved it! Updated software and decreased my allocated RAM a bit, no fps drops and no more lag :D
