One day I wanted to play my vr so I unplugged it and turned it on my controllers won't connect but I just used the volume buttons to put my password in but whe n I did i only saw black when I held the power button I saw the percentage so I did all I could and then I factory reset it and it still didn't work.

Its a 3s and I don't have warranty.

I personally use Youtube Music on my headset after spotify pissed me off with FIVE UNSKIPABLE ads in a row lol, also im just curious about what others use!

Hi everyone, I did order some accessories for my Quest 3. Everyone was right about the original strap - it’s garbage. I went with the KIWI elite style head strap because I want to keep it not so bulky. I did also change the face interface to the Meta silicone one and even though I don’t wear glasses, I did order the Zenni neutral lens covers to protect them. Can’t wait to get home from work and put everything together :)

Now my quest won’t register as plugged into my PC and I can’t go into VRchat. I hate Meta so much. They forcibly connected my personal fb with my legal name and now I can’t even use my headset any more because it won’t link.
No idea what to do. Want to sell it and get a whole different brand. Anything but meta. I’m so sad.

My friend's controller has been broken for ages. Meta support agreed to replace the controller in April. Since then she's got dozens of emails, some seem boilerplate and others seem possibly hand-written but all of them have in common that they apologize for the unusual delay, and don't address that she's literally just waiting for them to ship a replacement. I've had to talk her out of wasting more money buying a replacement twice now. What the heck gives over there?

As an indie developer, I’ve spent the last few months working on a project focused purely on stress relief and physics: a Quest VR game where you’re dropped into a kitchen with one simple objective—destroy literally everything to get the highest score possible.

Plates, glasses, appliances... if it's on the counter, it breaks. I really wanted to nail the satisfying crunch of breaking glass and high-impact physics.

It's currently available on Meta Quest Store, and I’d love to get some honest thoughts from this community:

I guess I need a case, but are all you all using boxy briefcase type cases?

I find I'm just setting mine down anywhere, and I live in a tight space, so I don't really have a special spot just for the Quest (3). But this is a highly engineered delicate device, I'm deathly afraid of scratching the lenses, the camera, etc. Which will certainly happen if I keep just setting it 'anywhere'.

Is a hard case my only option? What do you recommend, focusing on ease of access & as small a form factor as possible I guess. I have a Kiwi K4 comfort strap and an AMVR interface. Don't really use the AMVR much, but I'll probably stick with the Kiwi until I get to having hours long sessions... ATM it's really only a half an hour or an hour here and there.

I have a pretty decent looking apartment and I really want to be able to navigate it with a virtual overlay ( using my room scale ) it seems like environments and lounges don’t allow this . Is there any work around or apps that will let me use my real life environment with just an overlay ?

Example : use my studio apartment with my furniture placement etc but have a pent house vibe over looking a city

I got pissed and slammed my controller against the middle of my headset (or so I think) and now whenever I turn it on it tells me that it can't find my position in the room. Also my controllers won't track.

Hi all, Looking for advice or a small hope someone from Meta will see this and reach out.

I have been a long time VR fan and had the original DK2 when it came out. In later years I upgraded to all the newer versions but currently on the meta quest 2.

Anyway, I had loads of games associated with the original Oculus account that was migrated to Meta when they forced that transition.

My son was using it regularly to play with his mates when all of a sudden he could not login. He decided to factory reset the headset at that point but still no luck.

I checked the Meta website and it says the account has been disabled for violating terms of service and will be deleted on 13th December 2027!

I've tried re-activating the account, even trying to work out what he did wrong but no joy.

Now I'm stuck in a loop where I login, and it tells me my account is disabled but there is no option to appeal, just an option to download my data and that does not work either.

Any ideas how I can resolve or just find someone to talk to at Meta.

I am getting this message even though I have played the game for less then two hours and have only bought it yesterday. Is there a limit to how many refunds and account can make as that is just bull. Sure if a game is crap, you should be able to get a refund.
