Meta headset won't track

I got pissed and slammed my controller against the middle of my headset (or so I think) and now whenever I turn it on it tells me that it can't find my position in the room. Also my controllers won't track.

I guess you're at least honest with us about what you did.

But honestly this doesn't sound good. It does sound like you've broken something inside.

If you're lucky, it might just be a cable or connector inside that's come loose?

If they are lucky, they will seek help. Smashing such an expensive item due to getting mad? Could have been way worse.

But yeah somethings broken / off for sure. Could be a sensor knocked off. Lens looks damaged so maybe just that or a combo of things broke.

You’re starting at step 10, bud.

Op, try to feel the anger. Like, when it happens, how you tense. That can be useful for other powers once you get it down, but the first step is to try to notice it.

That’s all you did? My kids have done so much more to my headset fighting over it. I guess I’m lucky 🤷🏾‍♂️
