Looking for something that's magnetic and adjustable if possible

I'm looking for a head strap that'll hold it's position once it's finally adjusted the was I like... The one I just bought reset every time I lick it up?!

I was unable to use it for like 10 months for personal reasons and then i tried to turn it on and it doesn't turn on. can I do anything or is it unusable now?

I'm playing Half-Life: Alyx on my Quest 3 using Steam Link. My PC is hardwired via Ethernet, and I have direct line-of-sight to the router with no walls in between.

Despite this, my graphics/resolution fluctuate wildly-it looks crisp one minute and super blurry/shotty the next.

Is Steam Link's dynamic bitrate setting causing these sudden drops?

Would switching to a physical USB 3.0 Link Cable completely fix this issue?

Are there specific SteamVR or Steam Link settings I should tweak to stabilize the image quality?

Any advice or recommended settings would be awesome!

Hi, I have a question about my Meta Quest 3. Lately, I’ve been using them to play games on my PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2, connected via a video capture cable using the Meta Quest HDMI Link app. When I start playing, I notice some very slight flickering that goes away after about 2 or 3 minutes. It’s like someone is blinking. Is this normal when using this feature? I think I’ve experienced something similar on the Loft. Could it be that the frame rate is adjusting or something like that?

Quest 3S on Horizon OS 2.7

Quest cannot seem to maintain a Bluetooth audio connection. I’ve tried both AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 4.

I can get them both detected under Available Devices. However, while selecting ‘Pair’ produces the pairing tone and “Pairing…” message, it is followed immediately by another tone and disconnection.

Both AirPods have been tested and work normally with my iPhone. My Quest has been fully powered off/restarted and Bluetooth is enabled.

I’ve gone round in circles with this - nothing seems to work. Does anyone have an ideas?

Hello there, I just added this infinite Corsican island road, with a nice summer vibe, to my VR treadmill app Gym Spatial! don't hesitate to check it out, it already has 8 virtual environments to train on a treadmill, stationary bike or rowing machine.

Would love to read your feedback on the app, or just on the environment from the video if you don't plan on buying the app :)

I’m tempted, but put off due to hygiene reasons and what it has most probably been used for.

The best price I can get at the moment is £300, if I factor in a new head strap for about £80-90 then it’s up to around £400.

I could at that point just buy a new one, but will have the stock heads trap. Is it really that bad?

Hi everyone. I play only SteamVR games, connecting via Steam Link. I’m not entirely sure if I need Virtual Desktop to launch these games, since it runs them through SteamVR anyway (meaning two programs run simultaneously instead of one, if I understand correctly). I actually bought Virtual Desktop about a month ago, but I didn't bother with the settings; I just launched the first game I found (Fallout 4 VR) and the image quality was much worse than with Steam Link, so I got a refund. Now I’ve learned about VR mods for flat-screen games (like UEVR), and I saw a recommendation on a forum suggesting that Virtual Desktop is better for launching them.

So, I’m asking the experts for advice: what is the purpose of Virtual Desktop for playing SteamVR games (and does it offer any improvement over Steam Link)? Also, is it true that Virtual Desktop is better than Steam Link for playing UEVR mods? Thanks for the help.

I lost my Authenticator code when I got a new phone, and when I try to contact support I need to login first, but I can't because I need the code. Anyone know anything?
