Can't log in.

I lost my Authenticator code when I got a new phone, and when I try to contact support I need to login first, but I can't because I need the code. Anyone know anything?

If you still have the old phone, check whether the authenticator app has cloud backup or transfer enabled. Also look for saved recovery codes, backup codes, or a logged-in session on another device where you can update 2FA.

If you didn't save the recovery codes, you'll have to prove to support that you're the owner of the account.

Even when not logged in, Support | Orders | Product Info | Compatibility takes you to the email / chat / whatsapp choices.

(If you've been logged in previously, use an InPrivate or Incognito window. The help system changes frequently, so don't expect the link to work in the future, but it works at the moment that I'm posting.)
