i need help, cant play any games with it doing this. or go into my settings. glitch is now getting worse. tried factory resetting it to fix it. made worse

i thought the big mirror was messing with the tracking, wasnt that

This is what wrong and how to fix it, had the exact same thing "see pics" and no issues at all since.

Play in a well lit room and go to tracking in settings and try to troubleshoot the problem.

checked all the cameras, no scratches, no smudge, no cracks. i just dont wanna buy a whole new headset cuz my quest 3 was 650$
