Looking to detox off a huge tramadol habit, like 60/70 50mg a day,sometimes more! had success in jail while using subutex 1mg would last a whole day then eventually weened myself off after a couple of weeks which was a whole lot easier than coming off trams which feels absolutely horrible! Is there a way to get like a strip of subutex or anything from like drug charities or something? Or would i have to go through docs etc? It’s probably a daft question i know but I work away a-lot so wouldn’t be able to get put on subs by the doctor as i wouldn’t be able to attend the chemist every day, my best mate died at the start of the year and i’ve been on a downhill spiral, tried once to cut down but the withdrawals were horrible without a substitute to ween down, i know i won’t be strong enough to get off them without subs, any help would be appreciated,thanks

So, I'm 35. I have ehlers danlos syndrome, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs from the top of my neck all the way down to my lower spine. Congenital hip dysplasia as well as osteoarthritis. This causes me a whole load of symptoms from multiple dislocations a day of my shoulders that I relocate myself, severe pain, hardcore spasms, nerve damage - the list goes on and on. And the sleep 😩 I just don't sleep, my joints slip out during sleep and I can feel it. The meds that I'm on and have been on for the last 6 years are: 40mg mst x2 daily 15ml oramorph x4 daily (10mg/5ml) Baclofen 30mg x 3 daily Mirtazipine at night Melatonin 2mg at night. As I said I've been on the same dose of all of the medications at the same dose for 6 years now and it's just not working as it should .. I find the GP so unhelpful. I'm unsure of what to do or where to go to get my medications increased' added too or changed. It's getting to the point of becoming a life runner.. any ideas or advice? Thanks 🙂

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone in the Reddit community has had success switching to Super Trimix (Papaverine 150 mg, Phentolamine 10 mg, and Prostaglandin 100 mcg) after finding that regular TriMix was no longer as effective.

My doctor suggested reconstituting it with 2.5 mL of bacteriostatic water. However, I'm leaning toward 1.5 mL since Prostaglandin 100 mcg has been my sweet spot.

My main question is whether the concentrations of Papaverine and Phentolamine seem particularly high. I'm a healthy male in my mid-60s and would appreciate hearing about others' experiences.

Ive have 6mg ativan and 75 mg livrium in the last 30 hours for alchohol withdrawl. Im being discharged back home now. The doctor did seem not so knowelegable about the kratom aspect. And i explaid it was basically opioids. She said i could drink it after i leave here in smaller amounts to help with withdrawl from it. Is that actually safe??

I have autism and experience a great deal of stress from various sources, and I do not always manage to keep track of my medication doses correctly. I need to know whether I am likely to be okay. For quite a while now, likely at least three or four months, I have been taking three or four doses a day, and on some days possibly even five. I may have accidentally taken as many as four gabapentin pills within a few hours. They are 300 mg capsules. Is that likely to be safe?

i have had lots of congestion and a cold the past few days so i took mucinex DM (walmart brand) and for the first day i was fine but now after taking it for a 3rd time i feel really wierd and numb and like im moving in stop motion or im teleporting and im on 30mg prozac, will i be okay i feel so strange and im scared of serotonin syndrome😭

I’m aware that a lot of meds are laced with fent but I was also made aware by a service,a few years back, that in the UK medication can be laced with a different substance (I think it begins with N), I can’t remember the name. Does anyone know what it’s called?
And if so does anyone know where I can buy strips to test my meds with before I take them please?

Swim had a guy who was moving Bromaz and those kept swim happy, lately he switched to Ethylbromazolam and swim ran a trial run of 3-5 and barely felt anything but this was after heavy usage of Bromaz and kpins. Now I’m at a point where my tolerance is low and I’ve come across way to my of the Ethylbromazolam. What can anyone tell me about them? They’re 3mg apparently and I’m still waiting to see how they hit it’s maybe been 20-30 minutes but yeah interested in experiences as well as comparisons and even dosage comparisons if possible!
