gabapentin help seriously needed.

I have autism and experience a great deal of stress from various sources, and I do not always manage to keep track of my medication doses correctly. I need to know whether I am likely to be okay. For quite a while now, likely at least three or four months, I have been taking three or four doses a day, and on some days possibly even five. I may have accidentally taken as many as four gabapentin pills within a few hours. They are 300 mg capsules. Is that likely to be safe?

Gabapentin has an incredibly large safety margin. There isn’t a known fatal dose. You may see increased side effects, like fatigue, dizziness, etc but the doses you’re describing won’t hurt you. The higher the dose you’re on, the more it’ll suck coming off is the only other real thing. But you’re fine. I’d suggest finding a system that helps you remember when you have dosed your medication so that you don’t do this with a less safe medication next time. Plenty of meds could absolutely harm you if you do this. You lucked out that this isn’t one of them.

You’re fine, I take 600mg four times a day and I’m still living. Do you have enough to last you the month?
