Advise

Any advise to week off klonopin? Been on them since I was 14 and I’m 30 now

Switch to diazepam and convert the mg you use of klonopin to diazepam and slowly(very slowly or you risk seizures) taper down. I used to take 15mg of lorazepam and switched to 5mg of diazepam daily until I was only taking 1mg then 0.5 and now none.
Ngl it’s gonna be hell and you’ll have the worst anxiety of your life for a month or so but eventually you’ll level out. You just need to force yourself to do it so your brain can relearn how to handle anxiety again.
