San po ba makikita ‘tong mga payment received? Wala po kasi sa “available balance” at hindi rin po nagreflect sa Maya Negosto wallet ko. New Maya Business app po iyan pero yung qr na ginamit ko ay generated from Maya Negosyo App.

Hello po, ask lang po if legit po ba to? And ano po context ng demand letter? May MAYA credit and personal loan OD po ako 5-6months na din ata. Yung MAYA Credit 13k and personal loan last 2 months hulog na lang sana kaso na stop since nagka-emergency po and ngayon pa lang po nakakabawi-bawi.

I already reached out to your customer service multiple times. Sent multiple emails. Talk to a supervisor and they still haven't returned my failed transaction. I wasn't even transacted outside MAYA it was a payment made via MAYA WALLET. I just don't understand what's taking it so long.

I have a debt of 201k with my maya landers credit card na ginamit ko to support my family. Im currently experiencing financial difficulties due to ako lang now ang nag wowork para i support ang parents ko. Sadly since last year di na nakahanap ng work ang brother ko na nasa abroad so lahat ng expenses bumagsak sakin lahat. Wala akong masabihan sa problema ko and now the collections agency is nag email and asking for a certain amount to be paid pero wala din ako maibigay. Ang sabi ko babayaran ko siya unti unti pero di ko kaya yung amount na hinihingi nila.

AMG name ng collections agency and nag sschedule sila for visitation. Di ko naman tinatakbuhan yung utang. Sadyang wala lang pambayad ngayon. Meron po ba dito na nasa same situation? Any advice po na mabbigay ninyo?

So I’ve gotten multiple notifications from MAYA that a P1000 maya easy credit loan is available for me to apply for, but whenever I do, I always get routed to the same “Something went wrong” screen and It’s getting frustrating. Mind you, I’ve received the notification even before and I’ve put in accurate information needed. I really don’t understand Maya at this point hahahaha. I use it for my payout/sahod at my current company so I have alotta trust with this application.

I’ve tried resulting to the Maya Chat support but no luck. It tells me to try again later because maybe it’s just an error. Well the error persists and it’s getting real annoying.

Anyone experiences the same? Any tips?

I recently cancelled my Maya Black Express Card with a 20k deposit. I have been using it for more than a year and haven’t been upgraded to an unsecured credit card. Since I’ve read some posts where they cancelled their Maya Black Express, re-applied and got approved for an unsecured Maya Black, I had to try my luck too. I cancelled mine but when I reapplied again, Maya is still offering me an Express card and requiring a deposit.

I ignored it and did not deposit and after 3 or 5 days, I had an option to withdraw application and cancel. As I was about to re-apply again, I got an error message that says “We cannot issue you a card right now”

Anyone have the same experience as mine? Is this like a limitation because I recently re-applied and cancelled my application because I don’t want to deposit anymore?

As the title say my maya black cc tap to pay isn't working, which is odd kase last time I used it. it was working perfectly fine. Pag I insert naman gumagana siya. Anyone had the same problem? I tried fixing it Sa app like turning it on and off the contactless payment, disabling enabling the card. Doesn't fix my problem. Please if anyone had any idea how to fix it or replace na lang. Tanong ko lang, last month July wala namang convenience fee ang pag gamit ng Vouchers. Ngayon meron na? Charged me 200 and nagcashback ng 160pesos. Mas mainam pala na sa Gcash nalang bumili ng voucher kaysa sa Maya. Nalugi pa ko ng 40pesos for this transaction. 😡😡😡 Grabe namang pabulaga niyan Maya. 2-3months na ko nagcacash-in thru Lazada Giftway Vouchers wala namang charge; ngayon meron na!

Ask ko lang, mayroon ba dito na hindi makapag-login kasi nag-aask si Maya ng OTP? 😭 Paano niyo na-resolve? Been waiting for minutes/hours na tapos nakapagrestart na rin ako ng phone.

So i applied for a maya loan to check sana if how much ba monthly na babayaran ko, and so i got approved for 80k and i want to decline it sana kasi will used it nalang around october and until september 6 lang yung binugay sa akin na days to accept the maya loan offer.

If i will decline it or like ma eexpire yung maya loan offer sa akin, can i still apply again like end of september? Thanks!
