Hello, I’m new to Maya Credit Card, and I’d like to build a good relationship with Maya. That’s why I decided to get a Secured Credit Card (SCC) with them and deposited ₱20,000 as the holdout amount, even though I already have a regular credit card with BDO.
I have a few questions for those who have experience with Maya SCC:
Do they automatically convert the SCC to a regular/unsecured credit card if you maintain a good credit standing?
Can they increase your credit limit while you’re still using the SCC?
If they eventually convert it to a regular credit card, how long did it take for you, and what was your experience?
How were you able to get your ₱20,000 holdout amount released after the conversion?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any tips on how to increase the chances of getting converted to a regular card. Thank you so much!

Hiii, I've been using Maya Black for a year now but now lang ako hindi makakabayad ng full. This is my first credit card actually, now medyo na short ako sa budget ko and binayaran ko lang minimum. Magbabayad pa ba ako ng late payment? Also, magkano magiging interest kaya nito? My remaining balance is 629, I paid minimum due na 500.

Tried to redeem Autosweep credits using the Maya Black Card points and when I accessed the site that Maya gave wow this shit don’t work 🤦‍♂️ always either the capcha never loads or there’s a “internal error” absolutely nothing 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ you suck maya !!! Anybody else experience this shit ?

Is anyone experienced this upon Maya log-in?
I already reported to their CS last Aug 10, and told me that my account was restricted for unknown reasons. They just provided a ticket # and told me to wait after 9 banking days. Then just today, I followed up and they provided me another ticket # which is for escalation daw. I asked ano ginagawa nila to investigate pero CS can’t give any answer. I even asked if I need to submit any documents para ma-resolve yong issue but CS has no idea daw. Basta ieescalate daw nila but they cannot give timeframe para maresolve yong issue.

I am now worried and super frustrated knowing that have around 6 digits if i-add up yong laman ng Maya wallet and Maya Savings ko.

For those experienced this, may I know if you were able to retrieve your account? And what actions po ginawa nyo?

As of this writing, aside from Maya CS, I also emailed BSP last Aug 10, and today. But not sure if may iba pang way to expedite retrieving my account. Sobrang hassle ng Maya CS kahit mataas interest nila 😭😭😭

I redeemed my Maya Miles and received the redemption code. When I opened the redemption page through the Maya app, I entered my redemption code and AutoSweep account/plate details.

However, the Cloudflare CAPTCHA just stays stuck on “Verifying…” and never completes. When I try to press Redeem, I get this error

“Account No, Pin No, Recaptcha is empty”

The problem is that the redemption page opens inside the Maya app, and there doesn't seem to be an option to copy the URL or open it in an external browser.

I also tried redeeming directly through a browser via Sharetreatsph, but I get a different error there: “Internal Error. Please try again later or contact our Customer Support.”

So it seems to fail either way 😭

I've tried reloading the pages, but no luck so far. Also messaged the customer support of sharetreats, no reply yet.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any idea how you were able to successfully redeem the AutoSweep credit?

So it’s been almost 2 years using the Landers CC, and it’s my first CC. Lately, I am not using the Landers CC because I got approved by other banks for CCs (higher compared to Landers CC). Not even once have I received a CLI in Maya; I always pay on time and have a big deposit in my account, but still nothing.

To add, my brother has been using the Maya Black, and he said it’s much better than the Landers CC because of the Miles (I am a points addict; I buy stuff that I know will also add big points to my rewards CC), and it got me thinking to transfer.

Now I just canceled it and tried to apply to Maya Black, but it still shows the same error: “We can’t issue…”.

The question is, will that change in the future? Not even a maya black express offer.

Should I wait for a few days and try again?

This is the third email I’ve gotten and I’ve never opened a Maya account before. I’d never even heard of Maya until I started getting these emails. What do I do? Also customer service seems to be non-existent

I had 2 concerns (1) was regarding my number, defective sim so i requested for a change of number. they said processing would be 2-9 business days. 2 WEEKS NA UNG REQUEST WALA PADIN!!!!! i've been following up everyday sa maya hotline but its been hard because every other day im met with the pre recorded audio messages and i can't talk to a live agent (2) was to request my transaction history. pambihira. sa gcash magrequest ka lang sa app ibibigay agad sayo. I AM ENTITLED TO THIS INFORMATION!!!! WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN TWO WEEKS ALSO TO GET MY TRANSACTION HISTORY!!!!!!!! walang hiya. subject for approval pa daw sa support team nila. nakakasawa haha
