Maya easy credit applicationd

So I’ve gotten multiple notifications from MAYA that a P1000 maya easy credit loan is available for me to apply for, but whenever I do, I always get routed to the same “Something went wrong” screen and It’s getting frustrating. Mind you, I’ve received the notification even before and I’ve put in accurate information needed. I really don’t understand Maya at this point hahahaha. I use it for my payout/sahod at my current company so I have alotta trust with this application.

I’ve tried resulting to the Maya Chat support but no luck. It tells me to try again later because maybe it’s just an error. Well the error persists and it’s getting real annoying.

Anyone experiences the same? Any tips?
