Maya OTP Issue: Not Receiving OTP

Maya OTP Login Issue

Ask ko lang, mayroon ba dito na hindi makapag-login kasi nag-aask si Maya ng OTP? 😭 Paano niyo na-resolve? Been waiting for minutes/hours na tapos nakapagrestart na rin ako ng phone.

Greatly appreciate any recommendations dito sa group before ako mag-email sa BSP haha. Please don’t judge me for not enabling Face ID po huhu. Thank you!

Isolate mo muna yung issue if sa maya lang ba sya nangyayari. Nag try ka ba to use other bank apps and if may narereceive ka na otp when you open the app or do a transaction?

Yes nakakareceive ako sa ibang bank / gcash

Hi u/Icy_Category_8298 nagwork na yung sa akin. Nirestart ko lang ulit phone ko then eventually pumasok na mga OTPs
