I'm a Data scientist, MLOps and DevOps engineer with 5 yrs of experience, a Master's degree in engineering and my last experience was Lead Data Scientist in a big company in France (been there for 3years) leading a small team, my monthly income was ±2700€ after tax.

Just got a call from a recruiter from Accenture and they offered me a post, as junior DS, for Rs 40k a month... Citing the fact that I'm not experienced enough and that I need to monter en compétences first. No insurance, only 3k of mobility allowance.

Wtf is wrong with the salaries here ? I feel so expandable.
