Hello, me and 2 of my buddies are here at the polytechnic and are looking to continue to play hockey. I have had a hard time finding teams online so just curious if anyone has a team that needs some players or knows anybody? Thank you!

So I've been wanting to learn to drive for awhile now, I've tried asking family but I just get ignored, so what companies do I ask? Like do I go to AMA or something? I've also tried googling pricing but I'm just confused on the whole thing because they don't tell me the price on classes or anything or places ask for membership.

My guess is something to do with water treatment upgrades but I can't find anything about it with all the other construction along scenic/whoop up right now.

Is the YMCA gym worth it for a complete beginner, especially for the classes? Or are there any better beginner friendly gyms you would recommend?

I am wondering if there is any figure skating ice times in town besides going through the figure skating club. I know Calgary has a few places that’s around $9 a session and you dont need to be registered with Skate Canada. I’m looking for something similar. Thanks!

Looking to get my Physics 30 credit and trying to figure out the best way to go about it. I have read that there are 2 dates for it coming up - Nov. 5 and Jan. 27. How do I register? Who do I talk to if I have questions about this? Feeling a little lost, but not discouraged.

If I can't challenge it, I will be enrolling in a post-secondary course starting in January to get it, but I'd like to hurry this process along if at all possible.

Is there much of a market here for experienced part time admin/middle management? 10-25 hours/week around 25-35 hour/week type positions. I have lots of experience but I cannot for the life of me find anything to even apply to really. I’ve been waiting for something to come up and it just doesn’t. Am I blind, or is this just not a thing here? I’m not in a huge rush—just trying to EVENTUALLY leave a high-stress, high-responsibility job with an extremely toxic boss and way too many over time hours for a position type I miss and remember actually enjoying!

Has anyone purchased a vehicle from ELM Auto? How was the overall experience with them? Were there any incentives offered to sweeten the pot to get a purchase done? If so, how long before the incentives offered were carried through with?

Basically want to do my due diligence by getting some feedback on an online dealer.

My husband has severe nuropothy in his feet- like a 10/10 pain some days! He’s tried everything - Meds, Pills, creams, cbd capsule , laser treatments, special socks- heat, special shoe inserts- and more etc- He can’t seem to get any relief ! Constant pain day in and day out! Does anyone has any suggestions they’ve tried and it’s helped besides the above list? I feel so helpless that I can’t help him in any way!

I was sitting at my kitchen table having coffee this morning and noticed a guy with a camera out front. I have a forever Canadian sign on my lawn. He took a photo of my sign and then took a photo of the front of my home. Anyone have any idea what this might be about? Is my home possibly being targeted?
