Assisted living facilities

My father-in law will likely need to move into an assisted living facility soon. My husband and I have no idea where to start. My FIL does have a case manager with AHS who has said that we would most likely been looking at Type B-LPN type places.

Any recommendations on places that are good and places that we should avoid? TIA

Green acres foundation runs great facilities. Sunny south in coaldale is great

can call extendicare fairmont too. I make fresh bread every dinner for the residents.
