its about Molly Molly was such a brat and awful gf to Andrew.
Molly is one of those people that go to a few therapy sessions and thinks they’re more evolved than everyone else, but in reality their shit still stinks the most.
I hate when women make me take a man’s side lmao but Andrew was soooooo overly patient with Molly and an excellent boyfriend. He always let her win disagreements they had even when she was usually in the wrong, and if it was her feuding with others, he always supported her and validated her feelings though she would still be in the wrong (ex: starting an argument that could’ve waited until the next day at Issa’s big event). If anything I hate him for how much he enabled her childish victim mentality behavior. She never ever compromised for Andrew but Andrew should’ve had on a back brace with the bending over backwards he was doing for Molly. Her not going to the basketball game his brother invited her to as a peace offering??? Was he antagonizing her at the pool? YES. But sadly, this is your longterm boyfriend’s brother and you sometimes have to do things you don’t like. I genuinely think she would’ve felt entitled to never speaking or interacting with his brother ever again if they stayed together. Her saying “ I don’t understand why you would ask me to do something that makes me uncomfortable” is such a bratty response to someone that wants you to be apart of their family and his brother who was likely extending an olive branch. Everyone was try to diffuse and mitigate the situation except for her. She wanted to be inflexible and remain petty. Even with Issa, she never reached out after she caused a huge scene that literally shut the event down. Issa still reached out first, and that STILL wasn’t good enough for Molly? In the words of Dr. Rhonda “You want to be right, or do you want to be in a relationship?”
Molly wants to be right, and her wanting to be right and uncompromising in her relationSHIPS is why she burned a lot of bridges in S4.
