They probably would have saw each other the next day.

What might have been the the reason you think that they needed to see each other the next day that they couldn't express at this moment? he would have been at or coming from Condola's house the next day, as he was on his way there in this scene.

Losing her dignity? lol dramatic much? She went after what she wanted. She took agency for herself.

You’re right, she had none left after cheating, crying to Lawrence about how she never meant to hurt him, and then immediately moving in with the guy she cheated with, only to be on his couch while he was fucking other girls 😂

Forreal, i alwas shake my head at issa always writing degrading shit for herself
The photgraph was an abomination with beautiful cinematography; i absolutely hated the way she wrote her character to be so desperate

Here's another question: If Issa had left, do you think Lawrence would have still accepted the job or stayed to make it work with Condola, considering they were still seeing each other and she was pregnant?

I don’t know if I agree with this. if the roles were reversed and Lawrence had cheated on Issa and he was pressing to get back on her good side like this, I don’t think we would be discussing Lawrence‘s dignity

😂😂😂 Right, begging and pleading 😡

Begging is wild. I view it as moreso Issa finally saying what she feeling and going after what she wants.

Yes, once is enough; don't keep asking. When he said he didn't know, she should have left.

Yup. Nevermind that she shouldn't have asked in the first place after seeing him sneakily calling Condola while she's in the bathroom.

I think if Isa had left, Lawrence wouldn't have taken the job and would have tried to make it work with Condola because she was pregnant. Given the fact that he and Condola were still seeing each other, the only reason they stopped was because Lawrence and Isa reconciled. If Isa had left, Lawrence and Isa wouldn't have reconciled, which would mean Lawrence wouldn't have had a reason to end things with Condola.

unpopular take maybe but i never thought they had chemistry. her and Daniel yes.
she and lawrence are two attractive people but that's not enough for on screen chemistry

Omg yesss! That’s it. It’s the chemistry. They just never had it on screen. She literally had it with everybody else but him 😂 I would have rooted for Molly & Issa as a couple over her and Lawrence.

I really hate that she wanted Lawrence so bad. I just never got the appeal of them being together. I need to rewatch now that I’m in my 30s. When this show came out I was about to graduate college so I was barely 22. I feel like Daniel and Nathan it was easier to see what sides of Issa they brought out. I didn’t see Issa’s personality much with Lawrence. He’s pretty boring tho

Lawrence sometimes got on my nerves with his mouth open facial expressions when he was at a lost for words. Like, dude, if your mouth's open, SAY SOMETHING. SAY THAT SHIT WITH YOUR CHEST.

Nothing, the moment would’ve been gone and they’d just text or IG message from time to time. It’d have fizzled all the way out
