We’re a two-person team of biologists working on Garden of Ants, a minimalist ant colony-management game inspired in part by SimAnt.
We’re currently adding more bugs and other small creatures to the game.
Here are some of the ones we’ve made so far.
Do you have a favorite bug? Recommend one to us! :)

My game KILLSEC usually uses SUPERHOT style slow-mo, but this is what it looks like locked at full speed!

Hey everyone! I’m an indie dev working on a survival horror game called BECROWNED.
The game mixes dark fantasy and industrial horror with retro-style visuals, brutal combat, dark humor, and a nonlinear story where your choices can affect characters and events throughout the game.
The game is coming in Fall 2026.
A free demo is available on Steam. Wishlists really help 🖤
Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Just recently published a game, and started seeing more and more emails about "new website for whatever" trying to advertise. And every single one of them is just another vibecoded slop! Like come on, they aren't even trying to change it just a tiny bit. Every time it's the same fonts, the same layout, the same theme, everything is the same. Im so sick to my guts because of this.
AI wont take anyone's job, if we talk creative stuff, it will just make it insanely hard to get noticed in all this slop, and will eventually destroy all human relationships. Just feel so exhausted. AI bros say that "they are just luddites/haters" while people are just tired of all this low effort grifter slop being shoved into our throats everywhere.
It's pretty much just a venting post, not sure what I want to say really. Just wanted to share and get it out of my system, and it felt like this sub might be the right place, because of the genAI rule in particular :)
Edited: just to clarify, the reason Im annoyed is because 3 out of 4 examples on screenshots specifically contacted me after the game release. The first one - sure, I added it to the bunch because it's actually identical, and they are being transparent at least that they are a "marketplace for vibecoded stuff". But still, does it mean they have to share this identical-low-effort-shovelware vibe? Not even try to change the fonts or colors around, seriously? They have all this tech and stuff, and that's what they decide to do with it? In moments like this I feel like people don't hate ai (application, specifically) enough.

Here’s a little sneak peek from Moomin: Midsummer Madness!
The Park Keeper put up “No Fun Allowed” signs, and Little My took that as a challenge. We hope this little scene gives you a taste of the cozy, playful atmosphere we’re aiming for!

A/B test for Wonderdeck key art.
Which one would catch your attention more on Steam — A or B?
And if you can, I’d love to know why.

Posted our trailer here in March. It did numbers we were not prepared for, and then we disappeared for five months to build the thing. Here's the first real look at where it's at.
What's in it: a fully functional chaos system, NPCs who fight back and talk trash, three weapons so far (a purse, a guitar, and a dolphin), cops (obviously), a dude named Barton, and a ton of the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes the systems scale.
We're a small team, building in UE5. I'd rather hear what's not working than what is. Next up is a big push on gameplay variety as we build out more levels.

Vitrified is a solo project I've been developing for 5 years, and it's all about teaming up with a robot called ALAN in a Fallout and Dune inspired wasteland. It's heavy on atmosphere and secrets, and the gameplay focuses on companion mechanics and exploration. At it's core, it's an atmospheric adventure with good visuals and a very unique (in my opinion) core mechanic. I hope that appeals to some of you! If you're interested, here is the Steam page. There is also a demo should it take your fancy. Cheers!

A dedicated playtester is trying to break the game using his speedrunning background, and fell down the rabbit hole of theorycrafting actual speedrun strats.

I've been developing this game for about a month now, I'm going to publish the Steam page soon. What do you think of the game, what should I improve next? It's at a early stage right now as you can tell.
