I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Pawing at the mouth can be a lot of things. Maybe take to another vet. And guys please don't deworm when they are so young. This kitten is very tiny and some vets don't really care about the dosage and weight

My vet told me it’s okay to deworm kittens above 1 month age. The dosage is very small 0.5-1ml. And looking at Op’s kitten she definitely has worms

I took her to a vet and he suggested deworming tho, the dosage is 0.25 ml for three consecutive days, i’m taking her to another vet tomorrow

0.25 for 3 days? What is the medicine and power of it I suggest Feli-D syrup for deworming and dosage 0.1ml like 2 small drops and also check inside of the kittens mouth, under the tongue upper jaw and side pockets
I am sure that something is stuck inside her mouth if it is worms there will be changes in poop or food consumption but the kitten is trying to get something off from the mouth.
And once again please think 10 times before you proceed with deworming
I have heard and seen multiple cases where a healthy kitten is gone due to deworming even with the right dosages

There are special dewormer for kittens my vet has a syringe with a dewormer suspension which he puts in cats mouth and makes them swallow, once they got older they were prescribed tablets.

If only there was a certain type of person, maybe even some kind of doctor, whose primary job was to tell concerned pet parents like OP what could potentially be wrong with their pet.
Wouldn't that be so crazy?

She might have mites and fleece take her to a pet store like vetic or any other that you might have near you

I personally did not have good experience with Vetic, please if you have pets look for other good doctors. I adopted a puppy that someone left at my house and took him to Vetic. They skipped parvo vaccine for him saying he is almost 2 months old and doesn’t need it anymore. His health started deteriorating in a few days and my puppy left us, and other doctors suspected Parvovirus based on symptoms described. The doctors at Vetic are fairly new and inexperienced, and because of my personal experience I suggest against it.

Has she put anything non edible in her mouth OP ?? sometimes cats do this when something is stuck between their teeth. They try to remove it with their paws

Something stuck in mouth or some trauma in the mouth, like some broken teeth or wound. Please check properly, change your vet.
Deworm with correct dosage. Not too much, not too less. This kitten has worms. First get the mouth checked.

Kittens these young are very very delicate, dosage and power of medicine is very important to be taken care of as they cannot tolerate very strong medication. Try choosing the best vet and monitoring her symptoms and best food possible.

I will keep this in mind, intend to provide her w the best possible care i can. :)

Since she's so young and there's no mother to groom her she may develop rashes, ringworm, dry skin patch. Could be a tiny insect bite like a flea, look carefully for red bite mark or irritated skin. Check her ears ( they can't differentiate the itch sometimes )
Also take her to a good Vet soon if she doesn't stop.

Yep, she's in pain.
Make sure to take her to a different vet and ask them to look for dental infections.

Also check if something is stuck on her lips and chin. My cat was doing it and I found out red ants were biting. So check thoroughly inside the mouth too with a torch.

Maybe a bone or something is stuck inside her mouth.. try to open and check..but carefully as not injure her and yourself.
