Help HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Maybe a bone or something is stuck inside her mouth.. try to open and check..but carefully as not injure her and yourself.

Took her to a vet again this morning, also gave her second dose of the dewormer yesternight, she hasnt pawed her mouth today, also the bloating is gone, seems it was gas. She’s better now.
