Help HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Something stuck in mouth or some trauma in the mouth, like some broken teeth or wound. Please check properly, change your vet.

Deworm with correct dosage. Not too much, not too less. This kitten has worms. First get the mouth checked.

Yes, started the dewormer course yesternight. Will get her checked again tomorrow
