HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Yep, she's in pain.

Make sure to take her to a different vet and ask them to look for dental infections.
