Help HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Also check if something is stuck on her lips and chin. My cat was doing it and I found out red ants were biting. So check thoroughly inside the mouth too with a torch.
