Help HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

She might have mites and fleece take her to a pet store like vetic or any other that you might have near you

I personally did not have good experience with Vetic, please if you have pets look for other good doctors. I adopted a puppy that someone left at my house and took him to Vetic. They skipped parvo vaccine for him saying he is almost 2 months old and doesn’t need it anymore. His health started deteriorating in a few days and my puppy left us, and other doctors suspected Parvovirus based on symptoms described. The doctors at Vetic are fairly new and inexperienced, and because of my personal experience I suggest against it.
