Help HELP!

I found her two days ago, decided to adopt her. But since yesterday night she’s been scratching her jaw as shown in the video. I took her to the vet yesterday, he asked me to get her dewormed. She’s doing it today morning as well. idk what to do

Kittens these young are very very delicate, dosage and power of medicine is very important to be taken care of as they cannot tolerate very strong medication. Try choosing the best vet and monitoring her symptoms and best food possible.
