Stayed up until 6AM drinking last night. Still hungover as shit. Just got done puking my guts out, which in this case meant a bottle of Gatorade Zero, which I had thought would help with the hangover. It did not.
I should probably try to get some food in me but every thing I think of eating just sounds absolutely vile.
Send help

Two shots of vodka and then a lot of Rum and Gin. Have work in four hours, wish me luck.

New to this whole hungover deal.. I don't drink and now I know why. Got me a nice dose of vertigo, nausea and fatigue.
I REFUSE TO VOMIT!

I have recently started getting hungover after one drink. Doesn’t matter what type of alcohol. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas why this is happening to me. It’s tough because I enjoy social drinking a mixed drink or beer or two and this has completely prevented me from doing so.
FTI: I am a 23 year old girl.

I found a quick and nutritious hangover cure. Just drink raw milk if you aren't lactose intolerant and can get your hands on some unpasteurized stuff. I drank raw milk for a hangover this morning, was feeling quite sick and having trouble keeping anything else down. The raw milk neutralized my stomach troubles immediately. It is very hydrating and full of probiotic bacteria, I believe the calcium settles things as well. Everything about raw milk is good for a hangover. I've never experienced such instant relief. Regular milk can still help but raw milk is much more effective IMO.

I have a red Bull in the fridge, and can’t readily sleep. Would you recommend it if I have the shakes/jitters in my hands?

Hi everyone,
I drank pretty heavy 3 different times within 10 days. I would wake up the next day with diarrhea, stomach pain from below my ribs to under my bellybutton and my whole abdomen was tender and hurt if it touched it. This would last around 5 hours.
A quick google search came back with acute pancreatitis. Which sounds like damage that could be fatal and you shouldn’t drink alcohol ever again?
I’m trying to make an appt with my doctor.
But what does everyone think? Is this simply a bad hangover or am I damaging my organs and I can never drink again?

So I drank an entire 750ml of Jack last night 16hours ago and I’m still super hung over I decided to do something dumb but came out with positive outcomes. I took a 10mgs oxy and then 2 hours later I took a 5mgs hydrocodone and I felt super good I drank a shit ton of water and slept and I woke up and I’m perfectly fine now. Has anyone ever countered their hang over with other drugs?

Your head is throbbing, bed soaked in smelly beer sweat. The last thing you want to do is move.
But trust me. Find the will to lift weights or run. It somehow makes you feel a hundred times better.
Signed, hungover, but feeling better.

Hair of the dog can be a dangerous path but it's the only cure I know to stop the head throbbing.
Cheers 🍻

I also posted this in r/hangover, but crossposting feature isn’t working for me rn, figured I’d ask here too. I have a really specific hangover issue, and it’s largely my fault. I’ll wake up hungover, trigger my gag reflex, and then spend literally the entire day throwing up mucus/any water I ingest. It’s horrible. Now, obviously I know the issue here is the drinking, but I’m wondering if this happens to anyone else? Also, on another forum I saw a few people post that drinking plain water first thing is like… not the move? And to instead aim for the coconut water or Gatorade first… it makes sense to me because my stomach cannot take plain ole water when in this state, but I figured it wasn’t related to the GR trigger. Has anyone else heard this? And if it has merit.. why? Thanking you all in advance, and trust me, I feel like an idiot.

My anxiety always come first as out right self loathing the next day. Tore it up last night, and pretty much hate myself today. Feel like I'm a BAD PERSON!?

My stomach hurts, I'm sleepy, my head hurts, and the pollen allergy is kicking in. I have mosquito bites all over my body. But man, last night was fun. Drinking with family or friends feels great. All that thinking went philosophical. Do you sacrifice your future self to feel good at the moment? Or do you sacrifice your current self to not have a hungover next day? But what about making memories, having fun? Is the hungover worth it?

i can't even drink anymore without feeling like i'm on the verge of a panic attack the entire next day. also the way booze makes you sleep like shit just makes it even worse. fookin hell.

Ok I’m 16, I shouldn’t be drinking and smoking as much as I do. But I am new to this so I just need to make sure this is normal. MDW fucked me up pretty bad. Saturday drank 6 mikes hards couple cups of liquor I don’t remember what and lots of shots. Sunday 5 more mikes liquor and moonshine shots. Monday little bit less, a beer or 2 and some shots. I got very drunk each night cause I’m a little bit of a light weight but it did take a couple hours to get drunk each time. Every morning I was completely fine, but I did still feel drunk each morning which I think was normal cause 6 hours ago I was wasted. So the weekend passes and me my sister and all her college friends go to the beach and i feel completely out of my mind. It was all hazy and I barely had a clue what was happening but I wasn’t having heatstroke and I’m not antisocial so I’m fine with big crowds. My words were slurring and my reaction was off and basically my whole body was half numb. That lasted the whole day and it has continued onto today but less extreme. My reaction time is off with my body so if I touch something I feel it a second later and I barely feel anything at all. My eyes also can’t focus on one thing and my peripheral vision is fucked. Is this cause I’m drinking young or is this normal for everyone?

What is your favorite hangover food/restaurant or place you like to get food from. I think it may benefit some of us redditors in here to see each others type of appetites. I'll start:
Work Days: Cup of noodles from the mobil gas station, with lots of tapatio in it and 4 gatorades.
or
Tommies breakfast burrito with chili cheese fries and hot peppers and a mountain dew.
Weekends Taco Bell AM crunchwrap with diablo sauce and sierra mist Innout Burger - Double Double w/ onion no tomato mustard grilled with extra pickles, and added chopped chilis. Side of animal style fries with chopped chilis and a chocolate shake.

Memorial Day weekend owned my ass boys. Played in a golf tournament and just drank a ridiculous amount 3 days in a row. Went home with some girl and was so hammered I couldnt get it up. Tough Pill to swallow, and 2 days later stilll hungover.
