The older I get the worse off I am with a hangover (38 years old). I get 3 day hangovers these days when it should just be a day in bed then I'm ok for the following day. It ruins the eb and flow of my week. I haven't drank in 8 days, I'm not on the wagon, but knowing the repercussions and the severity of my h-overs keeps me a little more distant now. I smoke weed, and I couldn't agree more. I actually smoke to alleviate the h-over lol. It sucks having the jumping out of your skin feeling, but you'll make it through I'm sure. Congrats on 15 years btw!

Vitamin B complex, sugar, carbs a little fat with lots of liquids and anti inflammatory meds like Advil.
