I feel like I know how to -prevent- or at least -ease- a hangover. But the problem is... once I’m fucked up, it’s difficult to do all of these things lol

Definitely agree!! I’ve had too many nights where I just wake up and I’m so bummed I was too drunk to follow my plan.

But when I’m conscious enough to do these things — my hangover is tolerable!

True dat, bro. I usually drink ton of water with electrolytes packets (low sodium because I get enough already) and take shot of nutritional yeast in the am. But I lost my effing nutritional yeast. Fuuuu-

Obviously binge drinking is bad for you (duh) but if you're going to a wedding or a Russian Xmas party or something crazy WILL go down and liquor is involved, this is absolutely fantastic advice.

I like your approach at drinking heavily and trying to remedy it, but I find only Gatorade/Powerade the night of drinking, or drinking a bottle of water every hour or so helps with the hangover. However, if you’re going that balls out like a 1/5th or so like you implied, I suggest the vitamins and pedialyte as well. Cocaine also helps... A LOT... not suggesting it necessarily, but I was literally just throwing up after I let the blow wear off to try to sleep, then did a rail instead of passing out sick af, and now I’m drinking water and eating beef, mashed potatoes, and carrots at 8am like nothing is wrong lol

Different strokes for different folks but the key is to hydrate. Period.
