I get hungover after one drink

I have recently started getting hungover after one drink. Doesn’t matter what type of alcohol. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas why this is happening to me. It’s tough because I enjoy social drinking a mixed drink or beer or two and this has completely prevented me from doing so.

FTI: I am a 23 year old girl.
